Perfect ADU

I loved everything about Nonette’s ADU. It was the perfect size to relax and catch up with my three boys. They loved the place so much, they barely wanted to leave to explore L.A. The proximity to entertainment and site seeing was perfect as well. I give it a 10 out of 10 for my entire rental experience.

Host profile image
I live in Los Angeles for over 10 years now. LA is an incredible place, with so many interesting, wonderful places, and I love to share with my guests. I like being friendly, clean, generous, warm, smart, real, funny, and bold. I dislike being aloof, selfish, indifferent, dull, messy, and fake.

Why they chose this property

Very convenient location, has friendly neighbors, and is close to everything you need in LA.

What makes this property unique

Newly built, nice, and clean.
