This is a great house in a great location. The house had plenty of room for 16 people and the kitchen was well equipped for all sorts of cooking. The location-walking to the river or downtown, really makes the property exceptional. Owners were great communicators and super responsive. Couldn’t have been better!

GREAT STAY! Place provided plenty of beds for our group and was very clean when we arrived. Host was very communicative throughout and the property is also located very close to a lot of what Fort Collins has to offer! Great overall experience and would highly recommend.

Great property! The house was lovely. It is well maintained and close to downtown. There are plenty of bedrooms for large groups. The hosts were easy to communicate with. Everyone in our group mentioned how nice it was to stay here.

Really comfortable house in nice spot

The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had a nice walk nearby. Within easy reach of skiing, very easy reach of breweries. We had a great stay!

We came to town for a football game. We were able to easily walk downtown and enjoy old town. The house was very conveniently located and all the rooms had plenty of space overall it was a wonderful experience.

We loved our stay! Close to everything in Ft Collins. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was more than enough towels which was nice because we didn’t have to wash them throughout the week.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room for our party to set up hair and makeup stations prior to my daughter’s wedding. Highly recommend.PS The ironing board in the far bedroom upstairs won’t fold back up after several people tried and I am not sure how to contact host as I found out after the fact. Thanks!
The shower rod in the primary bath is strong enough to hang a heavy wedding dress for steaming. An outlet is close enough for a steamer to reach it (a concern mom had prior to wedding).

Family Reunion Getaway

Plenty of room for our group of 11 to spread out in a modern, clean property. Lovely little yard that our two small pups enjoyed too. Just a couple minutes north of Old Town and close to New Belgium Brewing. Would definitely say again.

My stay at Old Town North house was absolutely fantastic! The house was exactly as described, equipped with everything one could possibly need. The hosts were incredibly responsive; when we encountered a minor issue with the WiFi code, they promptly fixed it. The location was perfect for us; we were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

Perfect Location!

House was perfect for morning walks on the Poudre River trail! House was extremely clean and well kept. We were even welcomed by a few local beers and water in the fridge which was very nice! We had a minor issue with the internet but it was resolved quickly. We had 5 adults and 4 kids. Loved the house! Would have liked one more ensuite bathroom for one of the king rooms upstairs, but we got along great. Thanks for an awesome stay and we will be back when we visit again!!
