Welcome to our Brewster Cape Cod retreat. Our home is perfect for a relaxing and fun summer getaway. Ideal for large or multi-generational families and larger groups, the home offers plenty of space to spread out insider and out. Enjoy the private pool set in a serene, beautifully and private landscaped garden. Located on the bayside, just minutes to Brewster’s bay beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, golf, shops, and dining. We are also centrally located to many popular Cape Cod destinations.

The House
Spacious 3,200 sq ft Brewster retreat designed for comfort, connection, and fun — ideal for large or multi-generational families and groups. With 3 living levels, everyone has space to relax.

Main floor features an open-concept layout with generous living/dining areas, ample seating, 55” Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, and wraparound deck with Weber natural gas grill and outdoor dining.

Brewster Comfort

We had a wonderful stay. The home is extremely comfortable and perfect for a family reunion. Guests are able to enjoy the home without feeling like you are on top of others. The pool is lovely and the owners have thought about everything including beach chairs, recreational accessories, and a fully appointed kitchen.

I love to provide guests with info about our favorite local spots and activities. We live in Massachusetts, and have been visiting Cape Cod for over 20 years, mostly in summer but also we love to go in Spring and Fall!

Why they chose this property

The home is nestled within a tranquil and charming neighborhood and it's a true oasis of serenity and natural beauty. Guest generally comment enjoying the birds and the green that surrounds the home. This area provides the perfect balance between peaceful seclusion and easy access to all the Cape has to offer. We are a very short drive from Brewster beaches and fun activities such as golf, mini golf, good eats, marina, etc.

What makes this property unique

The house is designed to bring multiple or multi generational families together while providing ample space and comfort for everyone. We find that it not only offers space but also fosters togetherness - there is a lot to do in the property - private pool, basketball, yard & play area, outdoor and indoor games etc. It offers a lot of recreation and relaxation spaces.
