Modern Cabin Minutes to Flagstaff! Trailside Retreat w/ Trails/Park & 2 Car Garage

The "Trailside Retreat" is in one of the best neighborhoods in Flagstaff! Close to town, but peaceful with lots of trees and trails. It has 3 bedrooms, sleeps 8 and also has an office (with futon) to "work from home" in...if you must :)

Now with brand new Air Conditioning!

The fully fenced backyard opens up to the forest with trails leading to Ponderosa Trails Park (see photos).

**PLEASE NOTE** - Strict 8 Guest Max (including kids) Absolutely No Events, Smoking, Fire Pits or Pets Allowed.

There is a single outdoor Security Camera overlooking the entrance so sorry, can't be sneaky :) Please be mindful of the neighbors

QUIET HOURS: After 9PM on Weekdays and 10PM on Fri & Sat nights. This is mainly for Outside on the Deck as even "normal" talking / laughing can carry over to nearby cabins. Please just move inside after hours unless its just a couple people quietly talking. Obviously, no loud music should ever be played outside. We want to be good neighbors!

Ponderosa Trails is a fantastic neighborhood just S of Downtown Flagstaff. It has a very popular Park with the same name and is a short walk from the Cabin.
You will receive a unique code for the door once you are booked.
You will have the entire place to yourself :)

Best time!

This is such a beautiful home in the most beautiful neighborhood! Our extended family of 8 people had the best time (ages 7 years old to 74 years old). House had everything we needed. We had plenty of space for everyone. Our favorite spots in the house were the dining room table and a little area off to the kitchen where you can sit and just stare out of the window taking in the views of the beautiful pine trees. We were so lucky to catch a bit of snow in the middle of March. Kids enjoyed snow sledding in the park just minutes walking. So many beautiful trails to walk around! Owner was very quick to respond! Thank you very much! We hope to be back soon!
