We went for Winefest and had a perfect location for the festival and downtown fun! Our beds were comfortable and our dogs loved the doggy door and backyard!

Family vacation
Stopped in palisades on our way to Moab. Visited a few wineries. Enjoyed our stay
The property was as described and was a short walk to downtown restaurants/shops, a couple blocks from Veterans Park where we ran the Just Peachy 5k from and great access to Peachbowl Park across the street for our teen boys to get out some energy!
Great space with a fully stocked kitchen. Nice to see a great variety of pans and baking dishes for those of us who really like to cook. Spacious and convenient to downtown Palisade, we walked in several times. Clean with tons of linens and towels when we arrived. Quiet, comfortable, and spacious.
The home was just as advertised. We had everything we needed for our brief stay in Palisade. Comfortable and well-equipped. The chickens in the back were funny and the eggs were great! Highly recommend.
We've visited Palisade before and usually stay at the Wine Country Inn. We decided to try something new and we had a great time here. Very close to the center of Palisade and walkable to the local restaurants. The wineries are spread far apart that we did Lyft and it worked out great.
Hosts were nice and easy to communicate with.

good location, house needs a lot of work
we loved location, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. we loved the park across the street. we loved the chickens out back (albeit no eggs). bring firewood if you want to build fire. house needs a lot of work. one bedroom gets no heat, hence a curtain for the door. another bedroom gets all the heat, hence that friend sweat all night. I will leave it at that.
100% satisfied with our stay with 12 people, Adults had nice separation from kids. The views are amazing from every angle, tons of windows and on top of the mountain, location is perfect for Gatlinburg or pigeon forge visits or if you want to watch the bears wondering around. ( I think we saw a bear everyday (out in the woods, on the streets or just wondering around the mountains.). The lower level entertainment with Hotub and views is super relaxing. House was very roomy and 3 levels of living provides plenty of space to stretch out or have privacy. Entertainment room had a counter ice machine with refrigerator below, this was a nice touch. Tv’s are all smart with roku or tv apps to personalize your experience. Our families grilled some food, it was nice to see an extra full propane tank available. Plenty of games on all levels, boards games, machine games, corn hole on the deck well stocked house with. plenty of things to do. New appliances and a dishwasher for easy clean up. Blender, coffee makers and kitchen was stocked. Sam was very responsive and generous, I had questions about the pool being cloudy upon arrival but cleared by midnight (I would imagine this is part of maintenance routine). Overall A stay and i would love to book this again in the fall so we can check out the beautiful landscapes. I recommend this stay for anyone who wants to stay up in the mountains and wants relaxing views.
