Newly renovated in 2021! 3 bedrooms + loft and comfortable living spaces in this tastefully decorated family home in Naushop. Take advantage of the community pool, tennis and pickle ball courts or enjoy the oversized fence-enclosed back yard with outdoor gas fireplace. Boogie boards add to the summer fun! NO pet policy.

Enter from the porch into a foyer. The living features a flat-screen TV and stylish console table and ample seating including sectional sofa and bean bag chair. The dining room seats six around a rustic table. Sliding door access to the back yard. The newly updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a SubZero refrigerator. Three bedrooms share a bathroom with tiled tub/shower. Access from the hallway to the loft via a steep set of stairs.

At check-out, all towels must be washed/dried/put away and bedding stripped, washed and in dryer started. Everything must be put back where found.

Fantastic house in a very cute neighborhood. Plenty of space for our family, the yard/patio and HOA amenities were icing on the cake. A quick drive to town and centrally located to access all parts of the island. Lauren was a great host, very communicative, and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend!

We recently stayed in Nantucket and this house could not have been more perfect for our family. Being situated mid-island made it so easy to get to anywhere on the island whether by car or bike. Super cute community with pool and playscape for the kids. Easy check in and check out and the house was super clean and had amazing modern finishes. We will definitely be back!

Slice of Paradise!

This house was perfect for an amazing week on Nantucket! The house was clean, comfortable, and extremely well stocked. The location was better than anticipated- we had a car, but opted to walk to town a few times and take the public bus which was free. Already missing the outdoor shower, the huge backyard, and the community pool! The owner could not have been nicer and we are already looking forward to renting again in the future.

Amazing week at an amazing house!

We had the best week ever with our family! The house was perfect, the neighborhood was perfect and the hosts could not have been kinder or more accommodating. The backyard was just what we needed for our young kids to run around and play their sports, the fire pit was perfect for s’mores, the beds were so comfortable and everything in between was just great. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking in Naushop. Thank you so much to the fantastic hosts!!
