Escape to this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offering over 1,000 square feet of comfortable living space on the quiet west end of Ocean Isle Beach. Just a short 200-yard walk to the beach, this second-floor retreat features distant ocean views from the front and beautiful marsh and Intracoastal Waterway views from the back deck, where you can unwind with breathtaking sunsets each evening. The community pool is also just steps away.

For those who love the outdoors, bring your paddleboards, kayaks, or fishing gear and enjoy easy access to the community dock for your favorite coastal adventures.

The condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests:

* Primary Bedroom: Queen bed, private balcony, and peaceful marsh/Intracoastal views.
* Second Bedroom: Two queen beds, perfect for families or groups.

There are two full bathrooms:

* Upstairs: Full bath with tub.
* Main level: Full bath with walk-in shower.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a relaxing stay, including:

Very easy to set up this rental. Beautiful location- with excellent access to beach. Lovely balcony with view. This unit could have been cleaner- furniture was dusty, upstairs shower liner rather filthy, and a couple of dead roaches on floor upstairs. Well appointed kitchen, though. Do not expect any toiletries beyond small wrapped soap. For a unit this close to the beach- it’s a good value.

Second level so lots of stairs, just a heads up for someone who might miss that part. Nice location to the boardwalk, and plenty of parking near your condo. I only rated down due to the cleanliness of the condo at the time we went. (Floors, dishes/silverware, etc) I have already told the owner. It says it can sleep 8 but there were not enough towels for 8 or bowls/plates. No big deal on that but heads up to bring more or disposable for yourselves.

When we purchased this condo, our goal was to create a warm, relaxing, and comfortable retreat where guests could truly feel at home. One of our favorite things about staying here is the peaceful west end of the island, the spectacular sunsets over the marsh and Intracoastal Waterway, and being just a short stroll from the beach.

Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or simply a chance to relax by the ocean, we hope you’ll enjoy Conch Cottage as much as we do and create wonderful memories during your stay. Welcome to Ocean Isle Beach!

It’s a quieter part of the island where you can enjoy peaceful mornings, beautiful marsh and Intracoastal Waterway views, and some of the most incredible sunsets you’ll ever see—all while being just a short walk to the beach.

We also love that guests can enjoy the community pool, fish or launch a kayak or paddleboard from the nearby dock, and experience the laid-back coastal charm that makes Ocean Isle Beach such a special place. Whether you’re looking for adventure or simply a place to unwind, this neighborhood truly has something for everyone.

What makes this property unique

One of the things we love most about Conch Cottage is that it’s a condo—it’s cute, cozy, and feels like a true home away from home. While it’s just a short 200-yard walk to the beach, what really makes this property special are the breathtaking views from the back deck. It’s our favorite place to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

At night, you can sit outside and listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean, birds chirping, and, if you’re lucky, spot deer making their way across the marsh. Being so close to the Intracoastal Waterway is another favorite feature—you can bring your boat, launch your jet ski, paddleboard, or kayak, or simply watch the boats go by while taking in one of Ocean Isle Beach’s spectacular sunsets.

We’ve thoughtfully furnished the condo to feel warm and welcoming, with comfortable accommodations for up to six guests, a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances, high-speed Wi-Fi, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Whether you’re spending the day at the beach, out on the water, or simply enjoying the peaceful views from the deck, we hope Conch Cottage becomes one of your favorite places to return to year after year.
