Cozy Ocean, Marsh and ICW view, 2 Br, 2 Ba Condo - Pool & private dock! Sleeps 6

Cozy 2 BR, 2 full BA condo over 1,000 sq feet located at the west end of OIB with distant ocean views, marsh and inter-coastal waterway views from the back deck, along with a gorgeous sunset. We are 200 yards to the beach. The condo pool is connected to the property. From the dock you can paddle board, kayak or fish. Bring your own excursion toys! The condo is on the 2nd floor, comfortably sleeps 6 w/pull out sofa queen size bed for 2 guests. Master BR has queen size bed w/ small balcony & amazing views. 2nd BR has 2 queen size beds. Upstairs has full BA/tub & 1st floor has full BA/shower. Equipped kitchen, electric stove top, cookware, utensils, dishes, towels, mini Keurig, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer. We provide linens & towels but feel free to bring your own. Wireless internet, main LR smart TV accessed by your own log in. Bring beach towels, beach chairs, toiletries. Toilet paper/kitchen rolls/garbage bags/laundry detergent/dish soap provided. No pets of any kind permitted.

Very nice condo just two blocks to the beach. The pool was never crowded. Everything u need to enjoy a stay by the beach! The neighbors where wonderful as well!

Very easy to set up this rental. Beautiful location- with excellent access to beach. Lovely balcony with view. This unit could have been cleaner- furniture was dusty, upstairs shower liner rather filthy, and a couple of dead roaches on floor upstairs. Well appointed kitchen, though. Do not expect any toiletries beyond small wrapped soap. For a unit this close to the beach- it’s a good value.

Second level so lots of stairs, just a heads up for someone who might miss that part. Nice location to the boardwalk, and plenty of parking near your condo. I only rated down due to the cleanliness of the condo at the time we went. (Floors, dishes/silverware, etc) I have already told the owner. It says it can sleep 8 but there were not enough towels for 8 or bowls/plates. No big deal on that but heads up to bring more or disposable for yourselves.

I have 2 kids and this is my little Conch Cottage that I was so excited to purchase at my favorite beach in North Carolina. I have lived in the Raleigh area for over 20 years and enjoy being able to visit the coast in my free time!

Why they chose this property

I've traveled to all the beaches on the coast and I kept coming back to Ocean Isle year after year. It is, in my opinion, my all time favorite spot to relax and enjoy with friends and family. Everyone is so friendly, it is not that crowded, the beaches are clean and peaceful, the restaurants are fabulous and you are close to Shalotte and North Myrtle Beach!

What makes this property unique

I love having a condo because its cute and cozy. The views off the back deck are what I call breathtaking. The nights where you can sit out and listen to the sounds of the ocean, the birds chirping, at times deer crossing over the marsh, and being so close to the inter-coastal waterway where you can dock your boat, get out on your jet ski or paddle board!
