Toaster was broken needs replacing carpets were really dirty in the bedrooms need cleaning only had one parking pass had to call for a second one which they brought to us -great location. OIB is a great place!! Oyster Festival on Sunday was delightful. Would stay here again….

This was a great 4-night getaway for my family - including a 6 month old baby and a small dog. Super easy access to the beach for short bursts with the baby! Very centrally located and spacious inside, was great for our family of 4. Loved having the baby in her own room. Great kitchen too, we didn't cook but easily could have if we wanted to! We used the laundry machines! You get a nice little ocean view from the patio. We will for sure be back!

Awesome, everything better than described, humans and pets, all had a wonderful vacation, everything you would ask for and more than you would expect, I can think of one thing that would have helped, coasters, but that’s just me, five stars

Weekend getaway

We had a decent weekend getaway e en though the weather was not great. The property was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to be able to smoke cigars on the deck but other than that it was a nice place to stay.
