Second row home with beach access directly across the street!This is a perfect getaway home for a long relaxing weekend or a whole week! The home is set up to accommodate 3 couples. Sleep 6 comfortably. Large open deck great for cooking out or simply soaking up the sun. Take advantage of the downstairs shower to rinse off from the beach. House is completely furninshed with linens, dishes, towels, etc.
Great park just minutes from the house with tennis courts, basketball courts, and a playground. Plenty of parking for guests.

The house was perfect for a long weekend getaway for us! It is right across the street from public access. There is about anything you could need for the beach and the house was plentiful stocked. It was very clean and cozy! The host was very quick to respond with any questions we had as well.

Great Stay in Folly

Our stay in the Coastal Cottage was very nice. The location at less than a block to the beach was ideal for our family and the kids loved the boogie boards. The house was well equipped in the kitchen and had everything needed for our stay. We had 6 total so was a bit tight with only 1 full bathroom but there is an outdoor shower too. Overall great stay.

In the early 90’s while searching for a rental at Folly, this house caught our eye and here we are still loving every minute we are able to spend at the house! Make your special memories here! Folly has always been known for being 'laid back.' If you want a real vacation away from all the hustle and bustle, this is the place to go! Great home with great features! Excellent spot for girls getaway, family vacation, graduation rental.

This house is great for entertaining! Being on the 2nd row, corner lot makes it easy to just walk across the street and be on the beach. Family owned for over 30 years. House is equipped with a little of everything to make your vacation unique.
