Newly Built Home with Mountain Views perfect for your next Desert Escape

This new construction home is ready to host you for your desert adventure! There are multiple award-winning golf courses within a few miles of this home, with a championship course just a short walk away. If you prefer to hike, there are many miles of hiking trails nearby in the Superstitions. The views surround the house from Dinosaur Mountain in the back, to Flatiron Peak and the Superstitions just behind.


Inside you will find a well equipped kitchen that is open to the dining and living rooms. There are three bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The primary bedroom has an attached bath with floor to ceiling tile and a spa-like bathtub and separate shower.


In the garage you will find an electric vehicle charger (50 amp, 240V) which is available for guests to use, as well as three bikes to use in touring the nearby trails, coffee shops, and restaurants in Gold Canyon.


This home is 35 minutes from PHX Sky Harbor, and 25 minutes from Mesa-Gateway airport. Gold Canyon is located right off of HWY60 and is a perfect place to stay when exploring the east valley.

Weekend getaway

What a wonderful experience! Modern, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, large walk in closet (a real bonus), fully stocked kitchen, parking in the garage the positives are endless! Owner was very accommodating to our request to stay another night after our son’s wedding. Do not hesitate to book you will be highly satisfied.

Lovely stay

We were hardly here as we were in town for an off-site event, so we mostly were here between about 9pm and 5am each day -- enough to sleep and get ready for the day's activities. That said, everything was fine, comfortable, clean and we had zero issues!

We absolutely loved this house. It is bright, clean, modern, quiet and roomy. We used it as a base for several days of exploring the Superstition Mountains, Boyce Thompson Arboretum and more. We will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful home!

This is a beautiful home. Extremely clean, well stocked with everything you need and a very convenient quiet location. It was nice to have a garage and sure enjoyed using the bikes. We would absolutely stay there again next time we are in Gold Canyon.

My brother and his wife (from Wisconsin) stayed in the VRBO with my husband and me.(from Illinois) We mostly were at my sisters home in Apache Junction because it was her 75th birthday. The accommodations were perfect as well as the beautifully decorated and clean new home.

Exceeded expectations!!

Everything about this home defines quality! Even the toilet paper was good quality! Super clean! Beds were amazing.....well EVERYTHING was amazing! Do not hesitate to stay, the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We saw wild life and lots of birds. The desert quail were just adorable! Washer and dryer are a plus. I cannot give enough praises about our stay!

Stunning spacious vacation home

Located in a quiet neighbourhood this house was a dream. Everyday we soaked up the morning sun on the front patio and had a nightcap on the back patio looking out at the superstitious mountains, What a view! Our kids we’re excited to see the desert quail walking around the backyard. There are many trails close by for hiking and off roading. The kitchen is setup with everything we needed and plenty of space for lounging. The master ensuite is beautiful, the soaker tub and the large shower were a lovely treat after a dusty day on the trails. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definetly stay here again!

A true gem!

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at this new build home . . . We loved the house and area from the moment we arrived there, it was warm and inviting from the outside and inside. The layout of the house is very user friendly. Courtney did a wonderful job of decorating it as well as stocking it with every kitchen item needed, there is a barbecue that you can also use. It is a quiet peaceful area. Both the front porch and back yard patio have great view with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The evening skies were beautifully lit by the many stars. The area has roadrunners, quail and various other birds and bunnies. You have easy access to Hwy 60 which takes you to all the major highways that lead to Phoenix, Scottsdale and beyond. There is plenty of shopping in Apache Junction or just a 15 minute drive along 60 and just south of Hwy 60 on S. Signal Butte Rd is an area with plenty of shops and restaurants. Close by is Silly Mountain were you can go hiking, or just half an hour away there is Canyon and Saguaro Lakes where you can take a boat cruise. There are lots of area attractions like Superstition Mountain Museum, Elvis Church, Goldfield Mining Town, Salt River for rafting or picnics. All in all it was a wonderful stay and a pleasure dealing with Courtney, we can’t wait to go back again. Thank you Courtney!

Beautiful property; well appointed; everything a family would need for a several day stay. Was surprised to see all the construction, especially on the new property next door. However we weren’t around much during the day so noise was not an issue.
