Trevor, Thank you for booking with us! We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the quiet and friendly neighborhood of Peralta Trails. Gold Canyon is on the outskirts of the Phoenix area, but definitely worth it for the dark quiet starry nights. We are glad you found the short drive to the Phoenix Metro convenient for your stay and you enjoyed the clean modern feel of our home. We have upgraded the pillows since your stay and apologize for any discomfort this may have caused. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to hosting many more Guests in the future.

Thank you for your feedback—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We take all guest concerns seriously and would like to clarify a few points. Although your delayed arrival was due to airline changes, we refunded a non-refundable night as a courtesy. During your stay, when you noted the exterior lighting for the patio, we promptly upgraded lighting, added fixtures and string lights, and provided complimentary wine and snacks. The home is in a “Dark Sky” community, which limits excessive outdoor lighting. After departure, we addressed a hinge on the primary bedroom door and maintain professional carpet, tile, and air duct cleanings. We’re sorry to hear of sinus discomfort; seasonal allergens are common in Arizona. We strive to respond quickly to guest needs and appreciate the opportunity to continue improving our home.

From the owner: "Hello, We are sorry to hear about this hot water issue in your family's shower experiences. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have adjusted the water heater for future guests, which increased the time of the hot water in the showers. Our Host is always available via text, phone, or email to answer any questions or concerns that may interfere with guests' stay for everyone's comfort."

Hi Thomas, we truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts about your recent stay. Your feedback is essential to us, and we've relayed your comments to the homeowner, who would like to address the following:-Throughout your stay, we were highly responsive and receptive to your concerns. Upon learning about the issue with the barbecue, prompt action was taken to rectify the situation. A replacement barbecue was promptly delivered, and upon further assessment of the odor concern, we went above and beyond by offering to shampoo the carpet themselves the next morning. Transparency was maintained throughout the process, discussing the potential temporary effects of carpet shampooing and attentively considering your suggestion to purchase an air purifier.-In addition to addressing specific concerns raised during your stay, it's important to highlight our ongoing efforts to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all guests. The property undergoes thorough cleaning before and after each guest's stay, with meticulous attention given to frequently touched surfaces such as light switches. Routine maintenance tasks, including annual repainting of baseboards and regular replacement of air filters, are diligently carried out to ensure a fresh and inviting environment. Additionally, we ensures that all dishes are meticulously cleaned and sanitized, offering the option of paper plates for added convenience and peace of mind.-Moreover, we are committed to ensuring the utmost comfort for guests, with new beds and predominantly new pillows provided. Any older or discolored pillows will be promptly replaced to maintain the highest standard of comfort for future guests. We strive to ensure an exceptional stay for all our guests and eagerly anticipate this property hosting many more satisfied guests, as reflected in our numerous positive reviews.
