Why they chose this property
El Tezal is a very nice and quiet neighborhood, the best thing is the great and centric location! Costco is right away! 7 mins away from La Marina.
What makes this property unique
The studio has a very privileged location, a very cozy but spacious place.
There is a King Size bed, also there is a desk where you can do some work and after that you can relax on the comfortable balcony and enjoy the beautiful view.
