Very nice place close to Cabo, Walmart etc. The most comfortable bed ever in Mexico! Easy to communicate with owners and management. Lovely and exactly like the photos.

Had a lovely time. Condo was clean and comfortable. Only issue was hotwater was not hot enough. It was luke warm and you had to run it for 5-10 minutes before showering. Very quiet area and felt safe.

A new Cabo experience

This was a wonderful condo for our short vacation of rest and relaxation. It is located in the Texal district, which was a new experience for us. The property manager was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed for our needs. It is in walking distance of a great restaurant - Metate - where we dined twice. The only disappointment was the pool did not appear to be maintained. Medano beach was not very far but not easily accessible unless you have a car. It was not a big deal for us because we had two trusted taxi drivers who gave us excellent service at each call.

There is not ample characters/texting space to rave about this property...literally! You arrive at the local SJD and are greeted with the property's own concierge...AT THE AIRPORT! Than, Luis (the property staff member) drives guests to grocery stores and even...even educates on how to use local transportation (the bus system is amazing and holy cow, FUN and sooo cheap!) In addition, if your husband is an ESPN or any kind of news follower, the entertainment system in in this place is reDIC...like crazy! We watched local news from Idaho...in Mexico! The pool report from prior travelers is sooo misleading; the gardens and pool are surrounded by beautiful bougainvillea which bloom heavily in this climate...the blooms can blow in to the pool on occasion but the pool and grounds are immaculate. Literally, we stayed for 7 days and 4 of those days we found staff members...ready? Raking the grounds around the cactus...so the grounds appeared in a uniform fashion. We grilled serrano peppers on the provided BBQ; used the pool and the beach is less than 3 minutes on the bus or a 15 minute walk. Wait...if you can off road on foot, Costco is 400 yards away; you just gotta hump your lute home, so be careful not to buy like you were at home or in the states. This kitchen is prepared to entertain, live and laugh...and we did plenty in our short stay. We are coming back...March canNOT arrive soon enough. Not many hosts like Mary and Roy...host to friends in less than a week!
