Beautiful quiet home on 2 acres. Many amenities. 2 person Jacuzzi tub!

Come enjoy your stay in Palmer, Alaska! A quiet home on 2 acres that is just an hour away from Anchorage. Drink your coffee on the patio and watch for the red Fox or frequent moose that pass through the woods behind the house. There is a set of stairs outside to go up to main level. This is a 4 bedroom home, with two bedrooms on the main level and two upstairs. The master bathroom has a 2 person jacuzzi tub. There are several amenities including a keurig machine, several kitchen appliances, full laundry facilities, wifi and blackout curtains in each bedroom for the Alaskan summer. There is an outside picnic table with a fenced in yard, and even toys if you have children. Room enough to spread out a bit. Robes provided in each bathroom. TVs in every bedroom. Internet and Wi-Fi included. Pack and play and booster seat for your little one if needed. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me. There is a basement that you do not have access to. The basement is a preschool during off season. Only rent out on weekends during offseason. So there will not be anyone there during your stay.

Our host was awesome! So many homey touches to the home—from decorations to having ingredients and recipe for homemade cookies. She brought in some toys for the little ones to play with. Would stay here again!

Awesome place

The house is spacious and clean. You are close to the main road and conveniences, but it doesn't feel like you're close to town when you're on the property. The owner was quick to respond and very helpful.

Very Comfortable

My adult children, their spouses and I had an amazing 10 days in Palmer. We were there visiting family who have lived in the area for 50 years. It was the perfect location. Close to many activities. The home was clean, spacious, very well stocked and comfortable. So many nice touches. I will definitely be renting again when I return to AK!

Fantastic location and stay

2 families with adult children cruised from Vancouver to Seward. Everything was booked up in Anchorage, so we selected this property in Palmer. The location was great with too much too see and do with only 2 nights. The property was as advertised and they had a squirrel feeder where the squirrels would come down from the trees and feed. They were precious and an added bonus. Loved the stay. The host was super communicative and very sweet. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

In town for a wedding

Perfect set up for us. Plenty of bathrooms to give everyone enough time to get ready for the wedding. Enough seating in tje living room and dining room to socialize. Loved the extra details that helped use in case we missed anything. Convenient location.

Thank you Allison for hosting us at your beautiful home in Palmer! The house was very clean, beds comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and the location was perfect. We had a great stay as a family of four (to be honest it was more house than we needed!). If I come back to Palmer I would stay here again.

Great State Fair Weekend

This was a great place close to the state fair. We were able to have a blast at the fair, and didnt have to drive back down to Kenai Peninsula afterwards. Beds were comfortable and cleanliness was great. Thanks again 😊
