Wonderful time!
Great, relaxing stay. The only two drawbacks - bedroom closest to pool heard voices every early morning, and 3rd floor footsteps were easily heard all throughout the day.

Perfect!!!
We had the most amazing trip! The condo was very clean and well stocked including beach gear. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai. Great location with easy walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants. Nice greenway for morning walks. Would definitely stay there again if returning to Poipu.

Beautiful Villa/Great Location
The villa worked well for our family of 3 adult couples to explore the island of Kauai. We were kindly accommodated with the 3rd bedroom set up as a split king. Wonderful for each couple to have their own full bathroom. The kitchen, dining, and sitting areas worked well for hanging out, as did the lanai for breakfast. The location is great for walking the paved path in either direction to the beach or just a walk. The pool and hot tub were maintained and nice options as well. The grounds were lovely! The only hitch we had was our keypad not working our last night. Thankfully we found some friendly people who had a contact number for the security person for the resort, as we could not reach the property management company nor the villa owner. A bit of a panic for a couple hours.
