This a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with large downstairs living room open floor plan includes dining area, smart TV and gourmet eat in kitchen. Exit sliding glass doors walk onto large outdoor deck great for relaxing and entertaining with teak wood furniture and propane grill. Queen pull out couch in living room offers additional sleeping area to accommodate large families with kids.

Second floor has 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom. Primary bedroom has queen bed, smart TV, large picturesque windows overlooking downstairs deck and courtyard area. Secondary bedroom has bunk with full on bottom twin on top and smart TV.

Master is on the third floor includes king size bed, private bath with walk in shower, smart TV and balcony overlooking deck and court yard.

Conveniently located we're less than 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza.
Seascape offers two community pools, open courtyards, lagoons and beach cabana with restrooms for guests use. Beach wagon. beach chairs, and umbrella included in rental.

Please note that for your convenience we provide starter packs that include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent, we don't restock these items during your visit.

Beautiful bike paths run throughout the island ( bike rentals around the corner from your villa). A public trolley stops at the front entrance to shuttle guests to and from Coligny plaza and the beach.

Outstanding everything! Location was perfect, condo was clean, ample amount of space, updated appliances, and very bright and welcoming. While it was so convenient to have all the linens included, the towels and washcloths could’ve been a little softer. Loved the place and location! Will rent again!
