Welcome to a golfers paradise!
This home is located on The Saints Golf Course in Port St Lucie, with just a 3 min walk to the clubhouse and Pub!
A 10 minutes drive from the house will take you to The Sandpiper bay golf club. The resort is closed for renovations between July 31 through November 15 2023.
Other Golf courses nearby is:
St James Golf Club, Champions Club At Summerfield, PGA Country Club (The resort also boasts a Family Short Course, which has a mere six holes, perfect for those traveling with children), Jensen Beach Golf Club, Fairwinds Golf Course, Gator Trace Golf & Country Club, The Florida Club, Martin Downs Golf Club and Resort.

After a day of golfing, you can go take a dip at the beautiful beaches on Hutchinson island (about 20 min drive) or come home and relax in the pool with heater in the fully furnished screened in patio with view over The Saints Golf Course.
If you would like to use the heater, let us know and we can set is to desired temperature for an additional fee.
Cooking a nice dinner is easy with our FULLY STOCKED kitchen that have everything you need. Feel like BBQ, yes there us a 3 burner gas BBQ on the left side of the patio.
Don't feel like cooking? There is a few restaurants closed by including The Saint Pub, Pueblo Viejo.
In Jensen Beach 10-15 min drive there are plenty of restaurants for example Crawdaddy's with live music Thursdays to Sundays. Dolphin Bar and Shrimp House right on the water.
Want a upscale romantic dinner try out 11 Marple Street.
Stuart also have nice restaurants a few of our favorites are Stuart Boat House, Sailor's Return and Oak and Ember.
On Hutchinson Island you find Drift Kitchen & Bar, 12A Buoy and for lunch Island Pig and Fish.

More about the house:
The Red door entrance to the house welcomes you into our golf themed Living room where our gigantic flat screen smart TV sits.
This comfortable space can be used for relaxing, welcoming guests or streaming your favorite show, movie or golf tournament.

The next room is the large and spacious golf themed dining room which includes a dining room table for 8 people, with a spectacular view of the Saints Golf course.
The Kitchen has a separate side entrance next to the refrigerator and one of the four bedrooms is on the left.
This private guest bedroom is separated from the kitchen by a door. This first room has a Smart TV, ceiling fan , a Queen size bed, closet and desk.

The Kitchen also has our laundry room enclosed behind folding doors where you can find all the cleaning supplies you might need , as well as detergent and Iron with board.

The Kitchen is complete, open, spacious and FULLY LOADED with all the cutlery, plates, all types of glasses, serving trays, bowls , food processor/blender, frothers etc... you will need to whip up and serve your favorite meals . This spacious kitchen includes coffee maker for large pots of coffee, a keurig coffee maker loaded with different types of singles, electric tea water pot, toaster, Countertop Ice maker and microwave.
We make clean up easy including Large sink with sensor faucet, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The kitchen also has a great view of the golf course with a sliding glass windows that allows access to the outside counter with seating for 4 and perfect for serving food to the patio area.

The completely screened in Patio is accessible from the dining room sliding glass door and includes an outdoor dining table for 8 and has comfortable outdoor seating sectional including a round section facing the heated pool. The seating area can accommodate up to 12 people. Just outside the screened-in patio door on the left side sits a large propane BBQ.
From the pool and patio you can access the house from the Master bedroom or go back in the sliding glass door in the dining room.

Down the hall the first room on the left is the completely renovated guest bathroom with walk in shower , enclosed in tempered glass with Ocean theme and plenty of lighted mirrors.

Keep walking and on the right you will find our 2nd bedroom also containing a smart TV, Ceiling fan, plenty of of storage and a Queen size bed.

The 3rd Bedroom is larger and also has plenty of storage with a King size bed, smart TV and ceiling fan.

The Master bedroom is 4th bedrooms and contains a walk-in closet, desk, King size bed, plenty of drawer space and a large smart TV. The master bathroom is the second bathroom containing a double sink and walk-in shower. This bathroom is also ocean themed with plenty of storage space.
From the master you can walk out into the patio and get into the pool for a swim.

The garage is for storage , locked and not available to guest access.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole house except the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Sandpiper Bay is a quaint and pristine neighborhood which feature Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens only 5 minutes away by car. Sandpiper Bay Resort an all-inclusive resort, which offers the largest Sports School and academies in the community. Sandpiper Bay resort and Marina is on the St. Lucie River leading to the ocean. This resort is closed for renovations from July 31 to November15, 2023.

The area is also close to Hutchinson Island, only about a 20 min drive from its beautiful beaches. 15-20 min drive to Jensen beach and Stewart, the artsy little beach towns with excellent restaurants and cute shops.

Visit the very quaint and beautiful Port St Lucie botanical gardens only a five minute drive away, or drive 25 mins north to the Heathcote Botanical Gardens spread across 3.5 acres of lush gardens that provide a tranquil and enchanting escape to visitors. This world of tropical foliage is made up of a diverse collection of plants that include palms, ferns, and several native Florida species. However, the chief attraction is the display of bonsai trees, which happens to be the largest public display in the USA. Still, the list doesn’t end there as there’s a butterfly garden, a children’s garden, and a herb garden, among others worth exploring.

Other fun things to do include kayaking in search of manatees in North Fork, fishing off the Riverwalk Boardwalk, and hiking the trails in The Savannas Preserve State Park.

Those who favor a little retail therapy will enjoy spending time in The Landing at Tradition, where they’ll also find a slew of top restaurants.
Guest interested in learning about the area’s diverse marine life can visit the St. Lucie County Aquarium, found in Fort Pierce, about 17 miles from the heart of Port St. Lucie. Although this is a small aquarium, it offers a lot to visitors, with exhibits that showcase local aquatic species like seahorses, sea turtles, and colorful reef fish.

Getting Around:
The house has parking for 4 reg size sedans.
The house is close to Port St Lucie blvd that will take you to US 1 and the beaches if you turn right and towards I 95 and the Turnpike if you take left.
To get around we recommend you have a car. Uber and lift service is available as well as Public transportation can be accessed on Port St Lucie Blvd.
