Great apartment - great location - some minor maintenance issues

We loved our stay at this apartment. The owner has clearly put a lot of effort into making the apartment comfortable and modern. It was clean and well equipped. The complex is beautiful and we enjoyed the use of the pool. However, there were some maintenance issues, such as broken blinds and doors, that should have been rectified before we checked in. We raised them with the property manager but they were not addressed before we checked out. Communication with the manager was a bit frustrating and took a lot of our time. Generally though, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great location,

Great location 5 min away from PSP airport, Trader Joe’s, and Target. Pool is awesome and not crowded, beach chairs and towels are provided. However, cleanliness and guest services leave much to be desired (floors were very dirty, so much so that I mopped after checking in, a previous pet(s) definitely had an accident inside the unit, guest services was no help when the window shade in the master bedroom wouldn’t go down, which makes it rather hard to sleep when you’re supposed to be on vacation).

Perfect for a 2-4 person getaway!!!

Was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, comfortable and not too big. Balcony overlooked the pool, hot tub, orange and lemon trees that we were allowed to pick! Delicious! We were on the 2nd floor and no elevators so approx 10 steps outside with a dark hallway to front door. Many amenities, restaurants and activities close by. Highly recommend to people who can do stairs easily. We will definitely return.

Beautiful and relaxing

Thus placebis great. Located in a very nice, clean community. Lots of stores, resturaunts and shopping nearby. The apartment is newly remodeled with all new appliances.This a very vibrant and relaxing space. And the pool! Highly recommend!
