The master bedroom has 1 king size bed the guest bedroom has 2 queen beds and living room has 2 pull out sofa beds Comes with 1 private covered parking space , public handicap parking spaces available. Condo is 1150 Square Feet. Condo is on ground floor.

Weekend trip to Palm Springs

We came for the Powertrip festival in Indio, CA. Everything from the booking of the reservation to the communication with the property manager to the check-in went perfectly. It's a great location. The property was very clean and we loved the area. I would definitely book it again!

A simple, clean convenient place at a great price.

The condo is extremely spacious and slept 4 of us quite comfortably. If you are looking for the mid century palm springs experience, this isn't it. But it shines for being so close to Downtown Palm Springs at a great price point.

Cozy, clean, ground floor unit. Very quiet. Very well stocked kitchen with real glassware. Unit could maybe use some minor cosmetic updating, but very well appointed for weekend stay

The location can't be beat and the unit provides an easy in/out from the property to the streets. Truly a 5-minute ride to the airport. Close to everything, lovely setting, quiet area - plenty of room, pool is steps away. Host readily accessible. Linens/kitchenware/TV-Internet-Printer available. Would suggest a checkup on the housekeeping - bathroom rugs (shag?) could use replacement, floors could have used a good scrubbing. All-in-all, we would recommend this property and would reserve it again.
