The host was great with communicating details about the property and a binder was provided with house specific information. The midweek check in was much appreciated. Additionally, information was provided on area activities including the bands scheduled at the local ski bar for the week. The home had a great configuration and was well equipped with everything needed for a great family vacation!

Thank you so much for the kind review! We’re happy to hear the midweek check-in, house binder, and local activity tips were helpful, and that the home was a great fit for your family. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back again!
Excellent, even if only our daughter spent a few days there.
My wife and I were ill with covid and our daughter spent a few days there alone and enjoyed the view, surroundings, and lovely, clean rental. Communication with owner was supportive and friendly. Hope to actually stay there someday.

Hi Glenn thank you for the kind review. We would LOVE to host you and your wife at the cabin another time, when you are ready. I am so happy your daughter was able to relax and unwind for a bit in the mountains.
We had a great week. The host was quick to answer my questions. The house was clean. Very quite and relaxing. The view is breath taking. We saw snow on the mountains and we saw some deer. Most definitely would go back!!

Thank you so much for the amazing review. We love hearing from families like yours who have a wonderful time in the mountains and so glad you caught some shooting stars! You are welcome back anytime and maybe Mother Nature will behave a little better during your next stay😁
Thanks again!
This was a fantastic cabin for our family of five adults to get away for a 5 night August trip to Maine. Cool evenings on the deck! Close to lots of things to do. We had fun hiking, kayaking, antique-ing, and we even had time for a day in Portland. Stay here if you want to see amazing sunsets and enjoy late night star gazing. We hope our travels bring us this way again! If they ever do we will try to stay here!

Thank you so much for the kind review. I am so happy to hear you were able to take in some sunsets and enjoy some clear nights for stargazing! Welcome back anytime.
This was the second time that I stayed in the house during the month of February. The house is super comfortable with an amazing view. It’s also thoughtfully decorated which gave it a fun and relaxing vibe. The kitchen is well appointed. The proximity to Sunday River and Mt Abrams makes it a convenient ski house. We also traveled to Sugarloaf. We appreciated being able to bring our dog.

Lynne, thanks for staying with us, again (yay!) and for the awesome review. We are so happy to hear you had another great Feb ski trip at Altitude Adjustment. We hope to welcome you (and the pup) back again soon!
Upon opening the door, we were greeted by a warm, sunny living room with breath taking views of the mountains. The recliners and the propane fireplace offered a cozy space to read, visit, or just enjoy the view. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of fluffy white towels. The kitchen was well appointed right down to the martini shaker. The attention to every detail was so appreciated and made for a memorable stay. Thank you for sharing your special place.

Wow! Thank you for such a wonderful and kind review. We know that exact feeling of walking in & feeling that warm spring sunshine hit you after some FUN (but cold) ski months in New England. You were exceptional guests and we do hope to host you again in the future. Thanks again & take care :)
The house is beautiful just the way the pictures are shown. Waking up to the view of the mountains was absolutely stunning. The backyard had so much land my children ran around for hours. The wood fire pit was perfect to keep the bug's away. The bed's were so cozy and comfortable. The gas fire pit on the deck didnt work. The heat was on the entire time of our stay she did have fans in the rooms we had to put the fans in the window to cool down. One night it was so hot we couldnt sleep. She did send a technician to the house a day before we left. That didnt fix the problem the heat then went off and came back on at nignt. We also had a little problem with Ants inside the house. Other than that this house is the perfect get away.
