Check out our video tour to get a more accurate preview of the style, and the location. This epic home has six sleeping areas, and is as welcoming as it is photogenic. High ceilings, natural light, avant design - with ample space for twelve guests. There are five levels, one of which is your private entrance to the base of Breck Ski Resort's Peak 8 base. And after a day of adventures, you and your crew can soak in the sunset from the private hot tub on the deck.
Please note: There is ongoing construction visible from the home as part of new development on Peak 8. This includes new ski-in/ski-out homes and a new hotel at the Peak 8 base area. Guests may hear or see construction activity during their stay, and since the project is multi-phase, the exact timeline of completion is still uncertain.
Entryway Entering the home, you'll have access to the heated, two-car garage, which includes an EV charger for your use. By the front door, you'll find a half bath for a place to quickly freshen up before heading out for the day.
Main Level/Kitchen/Dining Room/Family Room/Living Room Head up the floating staircase to find the kitchen, showcasing a beautiful large granite island situated with barstools for a quick bite. This kitchen features a walk-in pantry and a fridge large enough to hold everything you may need to turn into a chef! Just off the kitchen, the dining room is furnished with a 10-person wooden table. Head out to the deck to find a grill and amazing views of the slopes on Peak 8. Back inside, the two couches in the family room would be a perfect spot for some morning coffee or a good read. Head upstairs from here to find a proper living room including a large flat-screen TV, a beverage cooler, an L shaped couch, two leather chairs and a small desk for any on the go office work that may need to be done.
Laundry Room/Hot tub/Ski Garage/Bunk Room Head downstairs to throw your laundry in the wash. Past the laundry room, you'll also find access to the small deck including a private hot tub and the entrance to the skit garage. This garage is a Ski-in/Ski-out directly onto the heart of the Peak 8 mountain. Ski down the Trygve's run near the Rip's Ride Chairlift and ski directly into the garage. This floor also features a bedroom with two sets of full-sized bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower.
Bedroom/Bathroom/Master Bedroom/Master Bath On a lower level of the home, you'll find a bedroom with a King-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a glass step-in shower with a full-body shower jet and a single sink vanity. Next to this bedroom is the Master suite. The walk-in closet, King-sized bed, and en-suite bath with a beautifully tiled shower including a full-body shower jet will have you feeling like you're right at home.
Bunk Room/Second Family Room The lowest level includes a second bunk room with two sets of full-sized bunk beds, and a small storage closet next to the stairs. Thank you so much for the wonderful review. We’re happy you enjoyed the location, kitchen, and overall setup, and we’d love to host you again on a future trip to Breck!
Love the house. 2nd year in a row. Only rec’s we have. Mattress’s especially in secondary master needs to be replaced, the folks staying in there had to sleep on the couch instead. Charcoal grill can be difficult to use, especially without a lighter. Overall love the house and had a great stay
Hosted business clients here for a ski trip. Property was as advertised and in great condition. Ski in/ski out was very convenient. Great location close to town, but secluded as well. Would definitely stay again!
This is a beautiful house with plenty of room for our family of 3 adults and two children. Ski on ski out is easy, short path through the trees for intermediate skiers. If you are a beginner then you walk out the driveway and onto the hill less then 100 yards. Bad part of the house is that there is no true Master Bedroom, it’s locked off for the owners. And the great looking fireplace in the pictures is not available!Garage for the car is great but they don’t leave a fob so you have to enter the code each time.

Hey Todd,
Thank you for your feedback! We're thrilled to hear that the home worked well for your family and that the ski-in/ski-out access was a highlight of your stay. The short path through the trees can be a bit difficult for beginner skiers but we’re glad that the short walk to the slopes was convenient.
We also appreciate your comments about the master bedroom and garage access. We stopped providing key fobs as we discovered they go missing quite often at our other properties and decided it would be best just to provide access codes for guests.
Thanks again for staying with us, and we’d love to host you again for your next Breckenridge adventure!

The house itself is very nice, clean and exactly what we expected after researching hundreds of homes for our dream vacation - We looked forward to Mountain View’s, rising in the morning to fresh air and sounds of birds for our 14 day stay. The big problem was a massive amount of construction directly around the house. Before you book, check peak 8 construction projects.. The construction starts at 7 am and lasts past 7 pm and continues on weekends. Instead of a Mountain View we had earth movers, cranes, dump trucks and smell of diesel fumes. The minute we walked in we asked for a refund, but we were told its out of our control. The peak 8 project was well known throughout Breckenridge and in the local news since January yet there was no warning of it in the description. Imagine you book and ocean front home and instead you see, hear and smell earth moving machines. We were offered 3 other homes the first day, two had construction next door and one was right next to the ski lift motor and lots of noise. We tried one of them and it was worse than our original booking and returned. We waisted a day and half looking at alternatives in the Apline Edge portfolio and moving in/out. Other bad options were offered later. Our family guests cancelled and the trip was an expensive disaster. I’m sure they will try to soften this review with explanations but we felt very deceived. They did give us a couple hundred discount which was a drop versus cost. Wife left early crying & migraines

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry that your stay didn’t meet your expectations and we completely understand how frustrating the construction near Peak 8 can be. Unfortunately, this is a large-scale project that is outside of our control and is affecting many neighborhoods in Breckenridge.
That said, your comfort was our priority. On the day of your arrival, we quickly arranged for you to tour 3 alternative properties and also offered an upgrade. While those homes ultimately didn’t work for your group, we wanted to do everything possible to provide options. We also issued a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.
We genuinely value guest feedback because every review matters to us and helps us improve. We will continue to communicate clearly with all future guests about construction in the area so expectations are set ahead of time.
We are sorry again that this situation impacted your trip and we hope you’ll give Breckenridge, and us, another chance in the future.
