Welcome to the Brooks on historic 40th, Ogden's newest luxury apartments! You truly cannot find a better Ogden location as we are right next to Weber State University, ski resorts, hospitals, shopping, dining, and more.

This main-level open space offers stylish decor, large windows, and comfortable spaces to relax in. This 3-bedroom apartment is unmatched in the area.

We are a pet friendly unit.

The space
Living Area & Kitchen:
The open design and large windows probide natural light throughout the space. The full kitchen connects to the large dining table and breakfast nook. The living area has comfortable couches, a 55" TV with streaming capability and an interior fireplace.

Exterior:
Off-street parking is provided with quick and easy access to the home from the rear entrance.

Bedrooms:
There are 3 bedrooms with 2 King beds and 1 Queen bed.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the main floor apartment with private off-street parking.

I’d stay here again. The place itself is really nice and accurate to the listing. It is on a 1 way street and the parking in the back is a little tight and the driveway to the back is only big enough for 1 car to drive through. I will say that I would most likely not stay here if I was vacationing with my kids. There’s no carpet so every step you make is loud and the kiddos can’t really “run around” cause there is a basement unit and the we did get a complaint, which I understand, but really hard to just tell hyper kids to relax, even at night. I would say the only thing is the shower, there’s not a built-in barrier so the water is basically shooting out if the shower, there is a plastic barrier that tries to stop it but it’s not affective and the shower curtain is too short. I did speak to the owner about that and they plan on finding a solution. I put 4 stars for cleanliness only because I found some trash under one of the beds that the cleaner over looked. Overall it was a great place and I recommend staying here.
