Hang up your ski gear and step into this cozy 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs apartment in Virgil, NY! Just 2 minutes from Greek Peak Ski Resort and less than 10 minutes from downtown Cortland you’ll be able to maximize your time in a stylish, well-appointed apartment.

You’ll be greeted in the living room by gorgeous vaulted ceilings and shiplap walls. Snuggle up on the sectional and turn on the 55 inch smart tv or take a seat at the built-in bar to enjoy a meal. With a connecting living and kitchen area you’ll be able to spend quality time with your entire group without missing a beat!
Through the hallway you’ll find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a bookcase stocked with some favorite books. The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed, dresser, a 43 inch smart tv, and a spacious closet.

Convenient to Marathon and Ithaca

Cute, clean and spacious for 2 people. It was nice having a kitchen, a sofa and a coffee pot...beats a small hotel room when youre staying for more than 2 nights!

Perfectly quiet little place

Quaint, Quiet and a perfect location to the Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex, Greek Peak and Hollenbecks apple place down the road is a must go to for cider, crisp apples and their fresh donuts and pies!
