Super cozy and adorable place to stay for a visit upstate for a college visit to SUNY Cortland. Close to Greak Peak for winter fun and super easy to explore other towns in the area to enjoy the many different activities upstate has to offer. Enjoyed our stay!

Convenient to Marathon and Ithaca

Cute, clean and spacious for 2 people. It was nice having a kitchen, a sofa and a coffee pot...beats a small hotel room when youre staying for more than 2 nights!

Perfectly quiet little place

Quaint, Quiet and a perfect location to the Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex, Greek Peak and Hollenbecks apple place down the road is a must go to for cider, crisp apples and their fresh donuts and pies!

Inside has updated remodeling and clean, cozy atmosphere. The outside stairwell/entrance area leaves a bit to be desired so thankful that the inside was a nice surprise.

Windows needed cleaning but overall place was clean. Had some trouble getting address and code in the beginning but after that communication was smooth. The bathroom door would not close properly. Some ceiling holes are plugged with what appears like paper.

Very nice! Room for improvement suggestions are water bottles in fridge and a hairdryer in bathroom. Otherwise, superb!!
