Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure fridge and freezer is empty. Load and run the dishwasher before leaving. Bag all kitchen and bathroom trash, place it in the outdoor bins located in the back of the house,
Turn off the AC unit and return the heat to its original setting if it was adjusted during your stay. If anything breaks or isn’t working, let us know right away so we can fix it quickly
Turn off all lights, lock all doors and windows when leaving the property .When leaving, please pull the door shut, enter code 1124, and press the round button on top until you hear the lock engage
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
*No Shoes or Cleats to be worn inside the home. If floors get damaged by cleats guest is responsible *

Michelle was super friendly and welcoming. The house is up to date, nicely decorated and very cozy. It was a great spot to check out Cortland and ski and snow tube at Greek Peak!

The host was awesome! Kept up communication throughout the process and during our stay. The house was clean, spacious, open, airy, and and was conveniently located. (Not too far from town and the SUNY Cortland campus.) Although we did not bring pets, this place is certainly pet-friendly. We saw dog bowls, poop bags, and notes for pet owners in the handbook.
