This is a beautiful, well-maintained property with a great back patio. Property owners were instant in all replies and very congenial. The master bedroom noise from the adjacent highway was pretty noticeable but a white noise machine was provided. Restaurants, market, and coffee shop are all within walking distance; beach is a short 2-3 minutes away. Check-in/out were super easy. This was a very nice experience. Thanks for your hospitality!!

This house was exactly as advertised. My daughter and I kept commenting about how freakishly clean the house was. It was so amazing to have beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella there for our use. Ted was super responsive and had some amazing suggestions for us. We would stay here again! The location is also perfect! There is an amazing beach with tons of parking directly across the street.

Very clean and cute, great location, not ideal for a long term stay for a family because of the small living room area but great for 2-4 days at the beach! Definitely appreciated the sound machines in each room and the easy entry. Would stay here again!

Great Vacation Getaway

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 daughters, ages 19, 16 and 10 and it was perfect for us! The property is beautiful and clean and has everything you need! I was concerned about crossing Highway 98 - but it wasn't as bad as I imagined. My older girls did it themselves with bikes and it worked out well. The property is VERY close to Rosemary Beach and is within a short biking distance! We loved the location overall as it was nicely distanced from the crowds but easily accessible to everything. The hosts Nic and Tom were lovely and check in was a breeze! We would stay here again and absolutely recommend it to anyone! Perfect spot for a getaway near 30A.

Best of both worlds

The house was very nice and was super clean! It was no more than a 5 minute walk to the beach, but was also gave you privacy away from the hustle and bustle of the beach goers. It was close to many things and was just perfect for us. The hosts were very kind and helped us understand which part of the beach the wedding event we were attending was located. You can’t go wrong with this property!!

This property was really nice and really clean! This was one of the cleanest places I ever stayed. The property looks just like the photos. Love that I was able to walk to a lot of places and the beach was about a 5 min walk from this home as well. Will definitely be booking here again when I am in the 30a area!

Perfect spot super close to Rosemary Beach!

I booked this property for my sister’s bachelorette trip so we could spend the trip in and around Rosemary Beach! It was perfectly situated, close enough to town, but far away enough to not be in the busy area. Only note is the property is close to a main road. It didn’t keep us up at night but something to note! The hosts were wonderful! So kind and very helpful. One of the smoothest check in and check out processes I’ve experienced!

Beautiful home

Super clean and lovely home. Had everything we needed to enjoy a few days at the beach with friends. Nic and Ted were so easy to get in touch with and were so kind and helpful.We didn’t walk to the beach, but drove each day instead so we didn’t have to lug all our stuff across the street. We never had trouble getting a parking spot at the public beach access and it was so nice having the bathroom right there too. Would definitely stay again!

The Best Place I’ve ever Stayed!

We had a wonderful time staying at Sunni at the sea! It was an adorable place. The proximity to the beach made life so easy. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Super clean and well set up. Great place to stay and great hosts that were very accommodating and responsive. It was perfect! I will be booking this home again soon!

So wonderful, I want it to stay secret!

I cannot say enough good things about this property and the owners. We originally wanted to stay in Rosemary beach and I’m so glad we didn’t. We had a spacious cottage that was legitimately the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed in. Sometimes a property will feel clean but you find little signs that it isn’t in the nooks and crannies, and this home was TRULY clean. I’m talking even in the corners of bathrooms and between the washer and dryer-not a spec of dirt. And it’s a beach property. So whomever cleans this place-they need to come clean my house! It was also really well stocked. All the kitchen things we needed, for example. If you are traveling with super young kids (we have a four and seven year old), the second room has blackout curtains and sound machines/perfect for naps and nighttime and you could definitely fit a pack n play. But the best part for us was that they had beach gear- two adult and two kid chairs, two umbrellas, and toys so we didn’t have to rent or buy anything! They also had a small cooler that we could bring which I wasn’t expecting but it was even more icing on the cake. And there was a very nice wagon. All of this stuff was in good shape too, so it wasn’t gross or rusty. there is road noise, but the owners have thoughtfully provided sound machines in all the rooms. They are also v. responsive and kind.The location is amazing. You are maybe five to seven minutes walk to the beach!
