Pool House! Perfect time this summer to enjoy the lake house, 2 beds 2 baths over 1500 Sqft, Spacious living room with smart TV's for streaming, a den which can be used as a 3th bedroom if needed. Large Incredible kitchen with stainless steel appliances, huge breakfast nook and a dining area to enjoy dinners. Large Bedrooms with great bedding, comfortable beds, front private porch to relax sip on some morning coffee, circular parking easy access with your boat or toys, lots of parking. Beautiful Sunrise and Sunsets! Close to the Lake Havasu, Casino on the California side, London Bridge, Great Restaurants or simply just relax and enjoy the Lake! Only hours away from Laughlin, Pirates Cove, Las Vegas and many more, enjoy great fishing at the Lake!
