About this property

Newly remodeled home with private pool! Tons of parking!!

Come enjoy the sun while staying in this lovely, remodeled, 3 bedroom, pool home that sleeps 9! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes from shopping, boating, restaurants and off road adventures.

The fully equipped kitchen has upgraded appliances, drip coffee machine, toaster and microwave, both indoor and outdoor table settings and everything necessary for cooking! A brand new water filtration system has been installed, allowing filtered water at the fridge and at the kitchen sink.

Each cozy bedroom has closet space for luggage, a smart TV, ceiling fan, blackout curtains and comfortable bedding. The master has private access out to the backyard pool area. The living room couch converts to a king size bed and the living room chair converts to a small twin size bed. Bedding provided.

The covered backyard patio has a Traeger and a BBQ. Relax next to the pool on the chase lounges or enjoy a swim!!

For those with boats or off road toys, we have plenty of room for parking!! 4 car driveway, a 15x55 flat graveled area in front of the house and a 12x50 fenced parking.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. It was very comfortable with everything one would want or need. Jessica was awesome, she helped with any questions also gave us great recommendations for things to do, along with places to eat. Hot tub an pool was absolutely perfect for our stay. The neighborhood was quite peaceful. We will be back for sure!!

Perfect vacation

Everything was exactly as listed and pictured. Host was quick to respond. We will definitely stay there again. Already planning a trip in a few months. Backyard was the best, we couldn’t have found a better place to stay. Highly recommended!!

Second Great Stay!

This is our second time staying here due to the close proximity to the Pickleball Complex at Dick Samp Park and the annual fundraising pickleball tournament sponsored by Lake Havasu City Pickleball Association. The home is always clean and has a great setup for multiple guests. The owner is very responsive and flexible with special requests!!

This home was rented for a Thanksgiving celebration with family. Beautiful place to stay with room in the backyard for fun activities to have with the family and love the gated pool for any young kids around. Host were so quick to respond to any of our needs. Peaceful Getaway.

Very up to date nice home. It was nicely furnished and had comfortable beds. There were TVs in all rooms. The pool was very clean with lovely landscaping. This home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Overall we had a Very comfortable stay.

Had a wonderful stay. The beds were so comfortable that I was able to convince my husband we needed a new one at home. The welcome popcorn, chocolate and champagne was a nice touch. Being able to park our boat behind the gate and unhook our truck for side trips was very convenient. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Updated Home

Perfect updated home for our needs for four nights. We had two ladies and a gentleman and the configuration suited us well with each having a bedroom and the ladies sharing one bathroom leaving the guy with his own. The back yard was amazing with a pool, plenty of seating in a variety of locations and BBQ. Only minutes from Dick Samp Park where we spent the weekend at the PickleFest 2024 pickleball tournament. We will definitely be renting again!
