Step back in time with Mimosa Cottage, thoughtfully inspired from the Victorian charm that Eureka Springs is known for. This historically decorated cottage has everything needed to enjoy a great stay in Eureka Springs including a hot tub overlooking a peaceful wooded backdrop. This home sleeps 4 and is a short walk to downtown Eureka Springs, offering local restaurants, shops, bars, and so much more! Mimosa Cottage offers a large living room with a Smart TV so you can login to your own streaming services. The living room also has the first queen sized bed. Located off the living room is the master bedroom with a queen sized bed and master bathroom. This bathroom has a shower/tub combo and plenty of towels for your stay. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. This bathroom can also be accessed off of the kitchen. The fully-stocked kitchen has everything needed to heat up a meal. We provide all coffee essentials and a complimentary snack basket. On the back deck you'll find the hot tub and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy a meal or an early morning cup of coffee. The 4 person hot tub overlooks a beautiful nature scene that is sure to create a relaxing experience. Mimosa Cottage is located in a quaint, quiet neighborhood just a short walk from downtown Eureka Springs. You can also easily drive and park closer to shops and restaurants if you'd prefer. There is a staircase located close to the cottage known to locals as, "Jacob's Ladder." This flight of stairs is incredibly convenient to use to navigate to the downtown district; however, this should not be used for the faint of heart as this staircase is built into the side of the mountain, so it is steep! We are available by phone throughout your stay to answer any questions and offer insight on our favorite restaurants and entertainment. The cottage was perfect!! It looked just like the pictures. The view from the back porch is lovely. We had to reach out to Dalton our first morning because we couldn’t connect to the internet (my daughter needed it for work). Dalton arrived within 5 minutes and had us up and running in no time. Will definitely stay here again!!!
Great location. Close to downtown (via some stairs). Adorable neighborhood. Great view of downtown. Love the back deck and hot tub. Convenient close dedicated parking spot. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Responsive host. Only negatives-bathroom is very tiny. A charging station/USB plug would be a great addition. I’d love to come back.
Our host was quick to communicate and accommodate when possible. The house itself was cute and comfortable, and we loved the hot tub! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I had an amazing vacation here! Right around the corner from downtown, but still plenty of privacy
We enjoyed the back porch in the evenings, the hot tub after hiking, and we especially loved the proximity to Jacob’s Ladder. So nice to walk downtown! The house itself is fine, although quite dark. Excellent communication by hosts, very much appreciated.
Place was so quaint and vintage. Loved the old time vibe. Peaceful, great location to town. Can say Jacob’s Ladder is quite the climb but we did it. Will definitely repeat this trip.
If you want a stylish house true to Eureka Springs style that is close to Main Street yet an extra block away to still be a quiet getaway, Mimosa is it. Jacob's Ladder is a really fun shortcut!
We stayed here for a girls trip with a party of 3. Mimosa Cottage is adorable and very quant. It was perfect for our group, however, you need to know the living room also doubles as the 2nd bedroom. There is not a lot of separation of space. Fantastic for our group to chat and catch up, but it may be uncomfortable if you need/want personal space.
A very nice cottage with an antique interior! The area is super close to downtown and all the daytime activities and the evenings and nights are very peaceful and relaxing. Even with all the antiques in the cottage all the amenities are there! The hot tub is perfect for the chilly nights and the view from the deck is fantastic! My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay here 10 out of 10 would reccomend!
Combination of classic charm and perfect location. Nestled in the trees but close enough to walk to Main Street. If your looking for a clean quiet cottage at a great value, you should consider this place. Hosts were awesome. Checkin was so easy.
We stayed here for our annual girls trip to Euerka. A storm went through and spent several hours in the dark, we made the best out of it. I brought a camping lantern for the Jacob Ladder, which couldn’t get the ladies attempt. They called it cardiac hill. Cottage was small and the second bedroom is in the living space, but we were out on the balcony most of the time. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was small and there wasn’t much privacy, but we are not shy. The hot tub was a plus. It was perfect for us! Only wish the furniture on the balcony was more comfortable and the refrigerator was struggling to keep our food cold. It was like that before the blackout. We loved our time and will stay here again. It was convenient and close to downtown.
We stayed for three nights while we worked a local horror film event and the location was perfect. 5 minute drive from the event, but far enough from the rowdiness of the Zombie Crawl so we could be in the middle of the fun when we wanted and Retreat to this fabulous little getaway and soak in the hot tub while looking over the valley! This little cabin was just FULL of vintage charm while still offering the modern conveniences we needed! Highly recommended!!!
My wife and I stay here whenever it's available! We love the close proximity to the tall staircase leading downtown and the secluded vibes on the property. The house is beautiful, the furnishings classy, and the creaky wooden floors have such character. We only wish the beds were bigger, because my 6'4" frame sure doesn't fit!
We enjoyed our stay at Mimosa Cottage. You definitely felt like you had stepped back into Victorian Eureka Springs. I had to flip a couple of the old pictures...creeped me out a bit We really enjoyed going through the VHS tapes and DVDs and our daily dips in the hot tub. Transportation to old town Eureka Springs was very easy. We could have walked it. My friends and I came from 3 different states, but, luckily, we only had 2 vehicles. It was difficult fitting both in the parking space. This may have been a detail that had been addressed in the description and I just read over it. We did cook some at the property. A few more pans and utensils would have made it much easier, but we made it. All in all, we had a great visit. Thank you to our hosts. We didn't need to communicate with them but I do not doubt they would have been quick in their responses if we had.
