construction was being done on the building which the owner was informed of and for 4 days the building was shaking whle jackhammering was going on from 8 am til 5 pm - no responsiveness from propety manager

We’re sorry the construction noise was an issue, however we were not informed prior to your stay. We attempted to contact you to offer compensation for the inconvenience, however we did not hear from you. We always strive to provide the best possible experience for each guest and pride ourselves on responding as soon as possible for any issue that may arise.
We had a great time at this property. Every detail was attended to. We met the property manager and they insisted we call if we have any issue (which we did not, but how nice to know they are available)! Nice space, nice location, VERY clean, nicely decorated and appointed.
We will be back!

The condo was certainly welcome after a cancelled cruise in early January. We had to act quickly to find a property! The condo was so very welcoming for us four senior citizens. I would give the condo a FIVE out of FIVE even though we needed to call a plumber twice for poor shower pressure and hot water. Same with the master’s bathroom sinks! I would give the condo a THREE out of FIVE for inability to use either pool (broken pool heater & not heated!). We spent $5 for a key to get into the tennis court which should have been included!! Keep in mind this is a busy area with LOTS of construction noise around the outside of the condo and on other floors where remodeling is taking place! Many times we left for peace and quiet during the day; evenings were fine! All in all we had a nice stay!

We are glad you were able to enjoy Vista del Mar. We always do our best to make sure guests have an enjoyable stay. The keys to the tennis court are attached to the white card that is used for access to the club house and gym, and they have always been there. We encourage guests to contact Cape Coral Property Services for any & all issues, (which would have prevented an unnecessary $5 expense.)
