Grandview beautifully renovated 2bed/2bath + balcony with partial ocean view.

The Grandview is located at the south end of the island across the street from the Gulf of Mexico (only 0.2 mile from beach access). This beautifully renovated luxurious unit is 1,100 sqf, has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a washer & dryer.

The unit’s kitchen is stocked with coffee makers, blender, juicer, KitchenAid, InstaPot, serving platters, baking equipment and cooking pots. The master bedroom has a king size Temerpedic bed, full screen tv, plenty of closet space and luxurious on suite bathroom. The guest room has a queen bed, full screen tv, closet and drawers with its own full bathroom. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, cooler & beach wagon are also available.

The Grandview offers on site tennis or pickle ball, pool, hot tub, shuffle board, elevator and grilling area. Not only is this location close to the beach, it’s peaceful, quiet and short walk to shops, great restaurant's, movie theaters, spas, mini golf and much more. If you have a event at JW Marriott or Hilton hotels we are just a small walk away.

Starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels and toiletries supplied at check-in. Sheets and towels laundered by cleaning team.

For the safety of our guests and neighbors there is a Ring type doorbell that is only activated by motion. The doorbell is on the outside of the entrance door of the condo and covers just the hallway area. There are no other devices inside the condo.

Perfect stay on Marco!

We had a great experience at this condo! Very well equipped, clean and very comfortable! Close to the beach and many restaurants. The pool was great along with the tennis/pickleball courts.

Relaxing, comfortable and lots of sunshine!

The condo and location are perfect for those who want beach access and to be within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The condo was like our "home away from home" for the month of March. It had everything we needed, and then some, during our month stay. Cassy was always accessible when we had questions or needed something. She is a great host! We cannot wait to come back next March for relaxation and lots of sunshine!
