Luxury Condo located steps from the beach with great views! Our unit is located on the 5th floor of the San Marco Residences, across from the beach access to Marco’s beautiful Crescent Beach and the JW Marriott. Fully renovated with all high end finishings, quartzite counters, marble bath, and large center island. An oasis to relax and enjoy beautiful Marco Island. You can walk to the beach, and to several restaurants and shops.

Our unit includes two separate bedrooms: A master with king bed and another with a twin bed, providing accommodations for three people to sleep in beds. An additional person can be accommodates on the sofa in the living area. It is not a sleep sofa but can be made upas a twin bed.

The property includes a heated swimming pool, tennis court, gas grill area on property with outdoor seating and laundry on each floor.There is a dedicated parking space.

We strive to provide our guests a five star experience and have been pleased to be able to do that with our other home #4141912 and with this property. NOTE: Each unit has 1 numbered parking spot. Vehicles may not exceed 21 feet in length. Motor coaches, campers, recreation vehicles and boat trailers are not allowed to park at SMR. They will be towed.

When you are enjoying the balcony, keep doors closed. If open you MUST turn off the A/C or the system will freeze up and you will have no A/C

The unit number (503) was really good for us because my husband has a bad knee. We parked in the guest spot so we were close to the property gate and elevator which was close to the condo. Also the laundry was close. There is a washer and dryer in each floor.The condo is nicely furnished and comfortable. Modern kitchen with everything you’d need. The guest bedroom is very small but cute. The bed is a twin so if you stay here it only good for one child or anyone who could sleep in a twin bed. The bathroom has a roomy shower and is very clean.Me and my husband were comfortable here.

This condo had everything we needed to make for a wonderful vacation. The only downside was the ongoing construction which resulted in debris everywhere and the tennis courts were closed but this was no fault of the owner. The owner was great with communication and we would rent here again.

Perfect Marco Island Condo

This was a beautiful updated condo with tasteful decor and everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. All high end from kitchen to furnishings. Location was perfect with a beach access right across the street. Many restaurants and shops near by, the Dolphin Explorer 3 hour excursion was fabulous, should not miss that one in particular. We are thrilled to also own this condo, because it has the best location and views! We completed this renovation to feel like home to our family and our guests!

What makes this property unique

The location and the views! Our condo is perfect for a short or long term stay, finished with a desire to provide our guests a high end 5 star experience! It is directly across from the beach access path, so you can be on the beach in minutes! It is also a great alternative to the the larger hotels on the island, where you can enjoy more space, a full kitchen, pool, and tennis. The location across from the JW Marriott is great because you can utilize many of the amenities at the JW, from the restaurants, and restrooms while you are enjoying a day at the beach, to the Spa and their beautiful rooftop restaurant Tesoro and the fun 10 k Alley.
