Worst experience I have ever had. The hosts acting entered the property without permission and acted hostile toward us after we told VRBO. Got very little assistance from VRBO. Host got mad about crumbs and dirt on the outdoor patio? Yet gave 0 checkout instructions. Horrible experience and host.

As usual lies from little American girls who lived in trash , left apartment dirty beyond normal person understanding, being unreachable. Upon making huge errors with misusage of AC unit which could cause severe damage I included VRBO and stopped to address to them so their claims are ill will. After almost 2 months toilet was as animals been there and not 4 adults, grease in kitchen, linen, all over apartment, damaged on items. But that someone can live in such amount of garbage and dirt and call themselves human is nothing I can understand. Luckily VRBO was very operative after my photo documentation and I was awarded with compensation as those people refused. Probably in their homes that behaviour is normal which is sad. Never again and afterwards I started to cancel instant bookings to retain control who is coming in my amazing apartment. Catastrophic experience
