This secluded apartment is located right at the sea and just 5 km from historic town Dubrovnik old city. It includes a private beach with an amazing sunset and horizon view. Space where our guests enjoy to stay with our staff available to help them informed.

Our spacious apartments are fully equipped with: Private Beach, barbecue facilities, Terrace, Air Conditioning, TV, Kitchen, Bathrooms, Mini Bar, Private Parking Space, WI-FI.
Boat rental services are available, and excursions to nearby islands can be arranged as well. Catering can be arranged as well.

Stunning place and best hosts ever

Absolutely gorgeous spot with fantastic swimming and peaceful patios and garden. The hosts are marvellous, friendly, funny yet respectful and go far beyond any other hosts I've ever stayed with. Absolutely delightful stay and I will definitely be back if I'm ever in Dubrovnik again. Check-in was ever so slightly confusing (probably due to my own fatigue) but the stay itself made up for it in spades. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Beautiful location!

Location was amazing and outdoor terrace and waterfront features were fantastic! 4.5 stars because there were some maintenance issues - mini fridge door didn’t shut properly, bathroom light was awkward (flickered due to placement), and shower head really should have had a wall attachment. Otherwise, a nice stay in a great location.

What a spectacular view

We were greeted by the owner’s father who quickly took our bags and made sure we made it into our room and promptly asked if we wanted something to drink after our long ride on the ferry. He quickly reappeared with a cold beer and a glass of wine. Enjoyed our view over morning coffee and the private beach. Already had people ask me the name of the B&B after seeing pictures

Stay in Dubrovnik Croatia

Absolutely beautiful.....the room was very tidy and comfortable. The outstanding thing about this property is the patio area and view. Each morning we enjoyed our coffee and pastries at the patio table and likewise in the evenings, enjoying a few cocktails. The host was very gracious. Not visiting Dubrovnik in the past, it was excellent having someone to help us navigate the area and suggest parking spots and restaurants. Five stars!!

The view from the terrace was superb! However, it is absolutely necessary to come with a car to do shopping and excursions. The accommodation was advertised as an apartment, but it was actually only a studio and had a few small problems. Mario was very friendly and we had a few good chats with him.

Best host ever 😊

Mario was an absolute star!! Always on hand with local info/advice and wine, always wine!! The room was compact but perfectly adequate as there is a fabulous outside terrace overlooking the sea just outside our door. Access to the sea was super easy, a wonderful way to spend a week. Dubrovnik was easy with an Uber but plenty of other great places to eat close by, Zaton was really pretty. I would thoroughly recommend staying with Mario, go, you won’t regret it 😊

Relaxing and beautiful spot on the coast

I was traveling with my adult son and we decided that in this part of our trip we would need some time to recharge. It was a peaceful and lovely area. The kitchenette allowed us to pick up groceries and stay there for a couple of days without having to leave, which was spectacular! On the first night, Mario, made reservations for us to go have dinner at a town that was about 15 minutes away. It was delightful! We appreciated the kind hospitality of our host and hostess! Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful part of the world! I would highly recommend :-)

Fabulous location

Just gorgeous, right on the water with private access to the deck. Boats sailed by all day long and Dubrovnik is just a 10 minute drive away. Mario was super friendly and funny - I highly recommend this place.

Amazing place on the Sea

I cannot recommend this place enough. The hosts go above and beyond to make you comfortable and the views are stunning, especially the sunsets. You can take a dip in the crystal clear water or go into old town Dubrovnik, which is a short Uber/Taxi ride. We had such a great time there!

Incredibly gracious hosts, and awesome location

Superb / beautiful location, with one of the most gracious and accommodating hostesses I have had in many, many vacation rentals around the world. Neda is 1st class, and treated us like family. Our staff was impacted a bit by uncharacteristically rainy weather, but even so we enjoyed jumping off of the propert’s sun-deck straight into the azure Adriatic Sea. We purposely chose a location a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of town, but we had rental car, and also a taxi ride into town was reasonable (about $15 one-way to center of Dubrovnik). We will DEFINITELY stay here again if/when we come back to Dubrovnik, hopefully sooner rather than later.

A wonderful, welcoming place right on the Adriatic Sea

My husband and I stayed at this villa last fall (2018) and had a wonderful experience. Neda, who owns the house, is so warm and welcoming and made us feel at home. We had a small room with a very small kitchen and bathroom in addition to the bedroom/ sitting area. Our window looked out across the patio to the Adriatic Sea. Within a few steps, there was a lower patio where we could access the Adriatic – it was great being able to swim in basically a private spot (except for some other houses nearby). We were within a short drive of a couple of restaurants and grocery stores/ markets. Downtown Dubrovnik was about a 20 minute (very scenic) drive away. We took the bus as well as driving and would recommend the bus since it’s very difficult to find parking in the old town. A note of caution - be sure to get directions from Paulo (Neda's grandson who handles reservations) when you get in town and follow them. Before arriving at the right house, we accidentally went to one with a similar address right down the street that was abandoned and scary looking! However, we were happy once we found the right place and met Neda. She was so enjoyable to talk with and was a wonderful hostess. Unless you want a lot of privacy (like many other VRBO properties, the owner lives on the premises) – we would highly recommend this as a place to stay if you want to be close to the Adriatic Sea and not right in the middle of all of the busyness of Old Town Durbrovnik. Plus it was nice to have Neda, a local, there so that she could make recommendations and give advice. I usually don't take the time to write reviews (which is terrible because I use them all of the time) but even though I'm late writing this, I wanted to make sure to write one for Neda's place because she was so kind to us. We highly recommend Croatia and had a fantastic vacation there!

UNBELIEVABLE!

I cannot say enough good things about this villa and it's owner, Neda.! It's location is beyond stunning! I almost hate to brag about it because the next time I want to go it might be booked solid! From the moment you step down the stairs and see the beautiful Adriatic Sea at your feet you will NOT want to leave! The apartment is definitely on the older side but I would call it CHARMING! The bed was comfy, little kitchen with a small table and two chairs, small but adequate bathroom , enough room on the floor by the bed for our luggage, but the VIEW! The window by the bed looks onto the terrace that looks onto the beautiful sea! And your private terrace! It included a screened and flapped canopy which we used our first evening there from which we watched the sun set. The next day we took a private boat tour with two other couples around three neighboring islands. We were gone for 7 hours and had one of the most delicious fresh fish lunches while on board prepared by the captain! Neda, the owner, set this up for us and talk about convenient! The boat comes right up to the lower shared terrace! We walked out of our apartment, down the stairs, and right onto the boat! Super cool! We were not able to meet Neda's grandson who usually takes care of the rentals but talking to Neda and sharing her stories of the war was an unforgettable experience. She is also incredibly nice, helpful, and so generous. There is nothing she wouldn't do or get for you. We made a friend for life and plan on definitely coming back someday. Without a doubt we hated to leave. We were only there three days but wish we could stay a month! AND, getting downtown is very easy. We used Uber and it is easy, fast, and convenient and saves you the trouble of driving, and parking in Dubrovnik. Which, by the way, is STUNNING! Also, the little restaurant down the street has very good food! Plus, there are markets in the nearby villages where you can pick up supplies. Neda and her villa by the sea gets TEN stars from my husband and I!.

Unforgettable vacation!

This place is a gem and I’m so glad we found it! We stayed for a couple of nights. It’s right on the water and water is amazing so we never felt the need to go anywhere else. Neda (landlady) is super nice and even let us borrow her car once as the payment was in cash and I had none on me so had to go take it out. It’s a short ride to Dubrovnik but sufficiently remote so we felt we had our own private beach. We got food at a nearby market (about 3-5min drive, there is also a bus that can take you there) and also are at a restaurant that’s just across the street. We also rented jet skis and went around the nearby islands, which was really fun. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy the beach and amazing views and sunsets you’ll get here. I hope to come back again!!

Quiet, comfortable, amazing sunset view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The setting is just spectacular. The apartments are perched on the side of the cliffs in an amazing garden setting. Each apartment has its own outside seating and there is a wonderful level beside the water with easy access for swimming. Each evening we would watch the golden sun setting over the water as the ships and boats cruised slowly past. Just fantastic. Can’t say enough nice things about the owner Neda who lives on site and takes care of your every need. She is part of the magic the place creates. The apartment for two we stayed in was private and more than accommodated our needs. The apartments are located outside of Dubrovnik with easy access so you don’t have all the hustle and bustle of staying in the heavily touristed old town yet you are close enough to hop the bus over or call an Uber ride for a visit. One day Neda arranged a boat trip to three of the islands, fresh cooked meal on Board, which was great fun. We were picked up on her dock. Her grandson Paulo does the booking and is very nice and helpful. There is a local restaurant across the street with fabulous food and friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. The glorious setting sun, peaceful setting and beautiful hostess are reason enough.

Fantastisk beliggenhet ved sjøkanten, supert vertskap. Supert uteområde

Vi bodde en uke i leiligheten som ligger rett ved uteområdet. Super beliggenhet, 15 skritt fra senga til sjøen. Solsenger tilgjengelig for gjestene. Utedusj, nydelig klar sjø å bade i. Du kan hoppe fra brygga eller gå ned badestigen. Fredelig oase i utkanten av Dubrovnik. Restaurant rett over gaten som serverer god og billig mat. Eneste som får minus fra oss er at det er litt langt til nærmeste butikk for å handle matvarer. Ca 2 km. Vertskapet som driver stedet er vennligheten selv og kan ikke gjøre nok for sine gjester. Dette stedet er en perle for deg som vil nyte late dager i solen. NB! Ikke for familier med små barn.

Seaside haven away from the madness of the crowds.

I can't gush enough about the hospitality that Neda [property owner and grandmother] and her grandson gave us. There wasn't anything we could wish for that they weren't eager to help with. Really made us feel like home. The apartment we stayed in was basic but enough to store food for breakfast and some snacks. The start of the show [besides Neda] was the incredible location of the property. Right on the water, a easy jump into the sea to cool off or swim for exercise or whatever you wish. We didn't have a car so we used Uber [which is rather nascent in Dubrovnik] or we worked with Paulo to get a ride into the city when an Uber wasn't available. The location of this property was perfect for us as it wasn't near the madness of the August holiday crowds in the Old Town. That said we were able to go in whenever we wanted. Finally, there was a restaurant in the Marina called Orsan that we frequented and recommend highly. If you're looking for a relaxing, beautiful and homey stay for a great price Villa Neda is the place to stay.

A beautifully peaceful place

We stayed here for four nights, and had a fantastic time. Paulo was easy to communicate with, and his grandmother Neda who runs the apartments gave us a warm welcome and was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is quite basic but well-equipped for its size - the real star of this place though is the beautiful terrace and the sea. The views are absolutely stunning & it is a lovely peaceful place to stay. The location for us was great as we didn't want to stay in Dubrovnik (too busy for us in July!); as we didn't have a car Neda organised transport for us which cost 100 kuna each way on the one evening we went to the Old Town. She also organised a fantastic boat trip around the islands where we had some of the best fish of our holiday cooked for lunch on board. Lozica is a small village with one (good) restaurant but no shop - however Neda was kind enough to take us to one nearby to stock up. We also enjoyed a great day of kayaking; the company we booked with has a base in Zaton Bay so they were able to collect us from Lozica. If you're looking for somewhere a short distance from Dubrovnik that is a peaceful retreat from the hubub of the Old Town, then we fully recommend this place.

Luckily, I have a chance to swim and dive 300 days a year. Sitting next to the sea, drinking a glass of wine in the evening and eating fish caught a moment ago. Who would not like to live like that? The sounds that waves make are just gorgeous.
