In the heart of Dubrovnik (just 5 minutes walk away from the Dubrovnik's main street Stradun), fully equipped studio apartment with all amenities for comfortable stay with the panoramic view at some of the Dubrovnik Old Town's famous Walls and Fortresses, and with beautiful view at the Dubrovnik's island Lokrum.

Our panoramic 2-star apartment is fully furnished with all the appliances for comfortable stay a separate spacious private terrace with barbeque, a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner with amazing views on the sea and the Old Town. The Studio apartment has a private terrace with barbeque and the appliances for the preparation of the meal outdoors, a garden with many Mediterranean fruit trees, such as lemon, orange, appricot, pomigranate, grape, and medlar tree.

The town location is residential, very green and quiet, at only 10 minutes walk distance from the Old Town with the tourist area which is dynamic and lively.

From the 10th of July until the 25th of August, you can enjoy in the Old Town the Dubrovnik Summer Festival. It is a festival of traditional and classical music and theatre of international fame. Famous performers as Ramón Vargas, Julian Rachlin, Denyce Graves, Leo Nucci and Cristina Gallardo Domâs have all been guests of this festival.

Perfect little one bedroom right outside the city walls of Dubrovnik. Took about 7-8 min to walk from apartment to city walls which is excellent location. Host was very nice and respectful and has a beautiful garden to hang out in with fresh lemons, limes, and grapes. 10/10 would recommend.

We really enjoyed staying here. Perfect to be up on the hill enjoying a peaceful garden and away from the crazy, busy old town. Yet, it was a close walk away. Communication was very good, easy, fast, and responsive. The room is small, but it didn't matter when every morning and evening, we enjoyed a great patio with a lovely view, wonderful garden, and delicious grapes growing all around us. Our hosts were helpful and lovely people. Recommend staying

Great little apartment!

Matilda’s apartment is a stone throw away from the old town centre. The apartment is really small but we expected that when we arrived, it was well equipped with everything we needed. It had a nice outside sitting area with a great view! Matilda was kind enough to let us leave our luggage at hers on the day we had to check out. I would recommend this to couples coming to Dubrovnik:) it’s a great place to explore the city!

Studio is very small, with only one window (in the entrance door). No real great views. 80 steps up from the road. Pictures are misleading, as there is a mix of photos of the two appartments that they are leasing on the site. Would not go back or recomend.

Even if it seems odd because of the other excellent reviews: We did not agree with the consistency of the booked and the received accommodation at all! The booking confirmation, which we received from Fewo-Direkt, exactly corresponded to the apartment, which we also had booked: 4 star apartment with 85m ² living space. This apartment we had on site but not got. We checked everything back after our return home. The problem with the display is apparently that two apartments are offered, which differ considerably in size and equipment. This, however, does not appear from the display and depending on the price you book, you get one apparently 4 star apartment or a 2 star "apartment" assigned by the landlord. The photos in the ad we could now assign, the pictures of both apartments are pictured here mixed - and if we had guessed how we should be accommodated, we would have definitely booked a different accommodation. It was in the advertisement and the booking confirmation from the beginning of a 4 star apartment the speech, a reference to the living / sleeping room with minibad described below, was not, also in the booking confirmation. When we were there, we were accommodated in a 2 star living / sleeping room, which included a tiny bathroom. Total area estimated approximately 12sqm. From the landlady we were told that we had only paid a price for a small studio (we paid exactly the price offered by Fewo-Direkt) and thus yes only a small studio could get. There was still the large apartment, but this was considerably more expensive and also occupied. We have the landlady several times pointed out, that is so not in order and the display at Fewo-Direkt is deceptive. But she did not want to know about this. The really uncomfortable at this studio was beside the narrow the fact that the only opening (also for the airing) the entrance, of course with public transport. Pleasant was not. In addition, the landlady entered the premises unintentionally when you are not there. Not to make the bed or the like, but simply to look for "the right", or e.g. the hot water boiler. She also watched us from the window of her apartment above our tiny domicile, to point out that we should close the doors properly or turn off certain lamps. Not at all a pleasant habit. The "bathroom" is also quite habituationy. To get out of the shower, you should be a little sporty, for the elderly is absolutely indisputable.

Lovely little place. Older style decor but very clean. Very well stocked with everything you could ever need. Owners really nice people and always available to help with anything we needed. Garden area really nice although we didnt use much. Location wise its a great location close to the old town and lots of restaurants. Apartment is up a lot of steps which we were not prepared for however the whole of dubrovnik has a lot of steps so this couldnt be helped. Just be prepared to do a lot of steps anywhere in the city. Overall had a great stay and would recommend this apartment for price and location.

Very clean studio apartment with a private garden from which the host supplied us with limes,grapes and pomegranates. Nice view from the garden of the sea and old town/ city walls. Unit itself had no view but was comfortable. Everything worked well including a small washing machine.

We were greeted by fantastic host Matilda. She showed us everything in detail, answered all of our questions and left us a bottle of wine and a delicious homemade apple strudel. Great location close to Old City

This studio apartment, though small is well equipped and has a lovely garden for relaxing in and for a BBQ if required. Matilda was responsive to help guide us upon arrival. It has a great view over the city and a good base to walk down to and back up from Dubrovnik. The cable car to Panorama restaurant (book early if you want a table with best views) and bus link back to airport are very close. We pre-purchased the 3 day Dubrovnik card and felt that was a good option with City walls, museums and a trip to Cavtat included. The only minor issue we had was that we did get a number of ant bites (from inside and out spaces), We would happily recommend this apartment to explore this beautiful city.
