Enjoy your next vacation in our tastefully updated coastal beach home! Interior of main home features 4 well appointed bedrooms, 2 with ensuite baths (King BR and Queen BR). Open and spacious kitchen, dining, and family room. Large TV. Private outdoor patio space with table, chairs, and umbrella. Shared outdoor space with Heated Pool (83 degrees), tons of chairs, and grill. Shared beach cart/wagon, beach chairs, and some toys are provided. Quiet and quant beach access just three houses down!

Guest access
Guests have full access to the Main Home, along with the Side Patio, and the Shared Pool area (from 8am-10pm). Main Home Guests have two parking spaces in front driveway and one on the side.

Feel free to inquire if you have any questions. There is also a second listing which includes all three units- Main Home (4BR/3BA), Upper (2BR/1BA), and Lower (2BR/1BA), if you are interested in having a larger group - up to 16 adults.

The house was just as pictured. We enjoyed our stay and the pool was a bonus. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, everything was clean, and close to the beach. The host was very helpful and gave us a nice list of suggested places to eat and visit while on our stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will be back for sure!

If considering a condo or this beach house, I highly recommend going with this Beach house. Spacious, clean, and practical. The 3 minute walk to the beach is such a luxury, along with the heated pool. Phenomenal perks. Location is great, everything most would need is within 5-15min driving distance. We were able to plan activities/water sports without having to drive an hour away, so the convenience was appreciated. Doordash in the area is great as well as they use "in-store" prices rather than the inflated item cost like other areas.(our hometown at least, itemized costs are slightly inflated on doordash compared to going in-store.)Host has some recommendations on food and things to see, which was great - we ate good food and even made the trip to the shell tree.Overall - our best beach stay yet and will definitely hope if/when we return to Clearwater beach for vacation we book this property again!

Nice quiet getaway from the hectic northeast. The location is spectacular because it gives the best of three worlds, the beach with very few people, close proximity to the more crowded beaches of the downtown area, and a quiet, unassuming neighborhood. The pool was a great place to be able to hang out in the water after getting beat down by the beach waves in the afternoon. The amount of space on the inside of the house was shocking, there was so much. It looks very tiny from the outside. The kitchen was beautify and functional. We were able to save a lot in restaurant bills by cooking small, quick meals at home. Entire area is walkable from Hogan's landing all the way down to the Taco Bus!

Labor Day weekend

We had a wonderful trip over Labor Day weekend and got to enjoy the beach daily and watch the sunsets! The house is very well taken care of and very thoughtfully appointed. Ryan is an awesome property manager!

Beautiful property

This rental was everything we anticipated and much more! Everything was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Very spacious for our family of 5. The pool was very clean. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and our access to the beach was very quiet and not at all crowded. The house was within a couple of miles/very easy drive- to town. Rent this place! You wont be disappointed!

Perfect location!!!

Loved this home and location! Talk about feeling like you have a private beach. It was so nice there. It wasn’t crowded at all like it was further South by large condominiums and Pier 60 and yet it was a quick drive to wherever you wanted to eat and shop. Lots of yummy restaurants nearby also. We will be back. Just don’t take it when we want it! Ha.

Perfect Beach House!

This property is beautifully appointed, comfortable and in a great location! The beach is an easy walk - about 1.5 blocks on a side street. The property has all you need for lazy beach days - chairs, wagon, towels! The pool was a great bonus - the kids especially loved early morning and late afternoon post-beach dips. Everything we needed was right there. When we asked for extra blankets, the host responded immediately and we had them very quickly the same day. We stay at a lot of rental properties in the US and Europe - this one was definitely a favorite. Do not hesitate to book.
