Perfect Rental

We needed a place to stay overnight before my mom had surgery at Duke hospital. This house was beautiful, clean, and everything you could need was provided. Check in was simple and the checkout process could not have been any easier. 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Good, clean rental. Unfortunately it was noisier than I would have liked. The attached unit had a party one night. An adjacent property had roofing work done during the stay. Oh well.

Duke Med Center visit

Perfect if you are looking for good value and 2 beds to sleep in. Very clean updated and nice. Would have liked better setup to play cards and board games. Or watch movies. Just 1 tv in living room and not able to comfortably prop up feet after long day

This was our second time staying at this property. We are typically only there for one night, so it works well for us. Secure parking, clean, has everything we need. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom has plenty of towels and basics. The furniture is light and easy to move when we aren’t using it to allow for our kids’ bed set up and luggage. This time, road/utility work seemed to impact the water and it completely went off around 8am. I called the property managers and left a voicemail and wrote messages about the issue. Since we were leaving, it wasn’t a huge deal but still inconvenient as we prepared to pack up and head out. We had to forgo showers. There was no return communication from the managers. Generally it seemed like a lot of their messages were automated and not directly responding to my communication specifics. I would still stay here again because it’s a good location for us, but it would have been nice to hear back even if the water situation was beyond their control.
