This two-bedroom, two-bathroom Hart on the River suite is in the historic 1893 Springer House, right in the heart of New Richmond. It is currently listed for up to five guests and offers a memorable riverfront base for Cincinnati-area visits.

The king bedroom has a river view and a TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and trundle, providing three twin beds. A queen pullout sofa in the living space offers another sleeping option. You will have a main kitchen, two bathrooms, central heating and air conditioning, and preserved details including hardwood floors in the king bedroom. Bring your coffee onto the balcony in the morning, then settle in and watch the river at the end of the day.

Explore New Richmond on foot from Front Street. Walk along the Ohio River, spend time at Liberty Landing, enjoy local restaurants and coffee, browse specialty shops, and discover the Cardboard Boat Museum and the town’s historic sites. Markets, live music, festivals, and community events add to the experience. Downtown Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Riverbend Music Center, sports venues, museums, and other regional attractions are within an easy drive.

Your reservation is for the private two-bedroom, two-bathroom portion of Hart, including its balcony. The third bedroom, third bathroom, second kitchen area, and game room in the full-apartment listing are not included. The balcony is limited to five people. This second-floor suite requires stairs. Self check-in, free street parking, and a shared lot behind the building are available. Please respect other residents and businesses in the historic building, especially after 10 p.m. No parties, smoking, or pets.

Essential House Rules:

* The toilet plumbing is delicate; please flush toilet paper only.
* No pets or animals allowed in the unit.
* Any damage to the property or its fixtures will be the responsibility of the guest.
* All items within the unit should remain in the unit; charges will apply for any missing or stolen items.
* The maximum number of guests must not exceed the agreed-upon limit.
* Misplaced keys or remotes will incur a replacement fee.
* Please leave the property in the condition you found it; additional fees may apply for excessive mess.
* Please respect the external security cameras and wi-fi and do not interfere with them.
* Check-out time is 11 AM; unauthorized late checkouts will incur a fee.
