I am a newlywed that has officially moved out of the loop and just love my property in the Heights so much that I have decided to rent it out rather than selling it. The location is only a short 5-15 minute drive from many of the main areas in the city which is a huge plus. This proximity is a significant advantage, allowing easy access to the interstate, restaurants, shopping centers, and abundant entertainment options for tenants to relish!
