Why they chose this property
I love this neighborhood. It is beautiful with plenty of trees, and you can walk anywhere and don't need a car to move around.
I enjoy walking around here, and it is a very green area with plenty of places to go for food and entertainment. Banks and stores. You have everything, plus it is close to other parts of the city, like theaters, museums, and malls.
What makes this property unique
The building is new and elegant, with a 24/7 doorman and security—close circuit surveillance for common areas.
Inside the apartment, everything is new, with antique touches like a lamp or a table.
