Beautiful condo in the Creekside Condo Complex, right down South Lamar Ave. Approximately one mile to the square and 1.2 miles to campus. Very close to Philips Grocery (burgers), Lamar Yard, (food and family entertainment), Marcos (pizza), and First Watch (breakfast).
The condo has a great open concept and is approximately 2000 square feet. The main level has a fabulous kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The large breakfast island seats three and the kitchen table seats eight. Equipped with 2 large sofas and one chair facing a large smart TV. The primary bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom access. The washer/dryer is on the main floor along with a half bath off the kitchen.
The second level has two bedrooms both with in suite bathrooms. The second bedroom listed has both a queen bed and a queen futon bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed.
The property offers a beautiful pool, two unit assigned parking places with many additional parking places steps away from condo front door. Private back porch with picnic table seating and a small gas grill for your use.
