For discerning guests who appreciate a creative, curated environment, this is your design-forward home-away-from-home.
Iconic architecture, Mid-Century furnishings and boutique-like details elevate your stay with style and comfort—a luxe landing for vacations, short-term jobs, relocations, friends and family visits, and holidays.
Our priority is top-tier hospitality for an elevated 5-star guest experience.
Highlights include custom decor details by Fluent in Home, circular near-level floorplan, dedicated office, well-stocked kitchen, cushy TV lounge, premium beds & linens, and large private yard and patio with grill and dining furniture. The home is on a tree-lined street with amenities, cafes, parks and transportation options nearby.
The circular floorplan is dominated by vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows framing the large enclosed rear yard. Two bedrooms, a dedicated office and a recessed TV room/lounge provide excellent separation of space. Seamless indoor/outdoor flow invites outdoor patio dining on Seattle's warm summer evenings. Plentiful bird life can be enjoyed from your perch in front of floor-to-ceiling living room and dining room windows (binoculars provided!).
The king bedroom has a California king bed by Avocado, heated mattress pad (divine on chilly nights!), dressers, lamps, charging cords, two closets, cotton robes and AC. The queen bedroom has a Keetsa memory foam mattress, heated mattress pad, individual reading lights, dresser, closet and robes.
Both bedrooms are furnished with premium cotton bedding, down pillows and duvets, and cozy wool and cotton blankets. Our approach to beds borders on zealous: All bedding is laundered between every guest, using only unscented products.
A third bedroom is furnished as a fully functional office — a guest favorite! — with desk, monitor, charging cords/ports and color printer. (Please note that there is no bed in this room.) From the office, sliding glass doors provide a green outlook and an instant indoor/outdoor connection to the patio and rear yard.
Other highlights:
• TV lounge for movie nights or second office space.
• Well-stocked kitchen features new appliances, ample dishes and cookware, beverages, and pantry staples such as tea, salt, olive oil, vinegar, spices, etc.
• Updated bath has heated floors, Aveda shower products, plenty of thick cotton towels, hand soap, toothpaste, Q-tips, bath tissue and hair dryer.
• New washer/dryer off the kitchen; unscented detergent provided. The use of scented products and fabric softener is not permitted.
• Patio and lush fenced backyard are level-out from dining room and office, and provide a spacious, private setting with outdoor lighting, grill and furniture for for al fresco dining and entertaining.
