Beautiful well-equipped house with a gently sloping beach which is great for families with young children. Very nice new stove and oven. Walking distance to town with some nice restaurants and gift shops and a grocery store, and close to some beautiful state park beaches (Sleeper and Port Crescent). Short drive to Port Austin.
The house was great with plenty of spaces/rooms to hang out so no one was really in anyone else’s space unless they wanted to be. Nice deck but umbrella & grill needed repairs.The outside property could use a lawn maintenance service at least twice a year- weeds, thistle ( especially in the walkways!) overgrown plants & trees…
