Private Beach Cottage - Family fun environment just 5 minutes from Port Austin

New to the market, this family cottage sit's on Saginaw Bay. Just a few steps down the hill, you'll enjoy a spacious private beach where you can play in the water all day, enjoy a front row seat to beautiful sunsets in the evening, and gaze at the stars around the fire pit at night.

The cottage has plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to keep you in comfort while you gather with loved ones and make a lifetime of memories. The following is a listing of the amenities:

Two Bathrooms (towels provided)
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove & microwave. We've added AC for the 2025 summer season, but you'll probably find you wont need it.
Spacious outdoor dining and seating areas, including a boathouse deck
Spacious private beach (Beach towels and beach umbrellas provided)
Access to boathouse where you'll find toys, seating, and a cooler.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash and put away all dishes
Clear out the refrigerator and freezer
Put away all beach toys, beach floats, beach chair, and umbrellas
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Boats, RV's, camping in driveway, lawn, or beach; 5 car maximum; occupancy not to exceed sleeping capacity; no guests, parties, family reunions
Fire in designated area only; please refrain from building a fire when there is wind.. In additional, no Fireworks of any kind
No glass on beach - we have plenty of plastic for you to use.

Perfect place for a lake front getaway!

My Dad, Mom, brothers, sister in-law, niece and nephew had a fantastic time! The house and amenities were top notch, beach front great for kids, relaxing, bon fires and of course swimming! The beds are so comfortable and I haven't slept that well in a long time. My mother is looking into getting the same mattress! One of the best family trips we've been on in a while!

This was a very peaceful relaxing vacation with family. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed. Everything you needed for the beach was also provided and my granddaughter loved every minute and enjoyed the beach toys. We highly recommend staying here!

Beyond Expectations!

Beautiful accommodations right on the water! This home had everything we needed. Plenty of space in the five bedrooms. My four granddaughters ages 1 1/2 - 6 years old could not get enough of the beach. We enjoyed kayaking and long walks along the crystal-clear water.

We had a wonderful fall stay with exceptional weather. Beautiful sunsets and also beautiful when the moon set early in the morning over the lake. There are a lot of steps to go to the bedrooms and down to the beach, but we managed. The views made it all worthwhile. Very good and prompt communication from Terry when we had questions. We also went putt putt golfing, went to an escape room in town and went out to eat at The Farm, so lots to do in the area for all ages.

We really appreciated all the extra attention Terri made to make sure we had everything for our beach vacation. Kitchen well stocked. Enjoyed complimentary bottled water, beach towels, chairs and toys. Would definitely recommend. Having 5 bedrooms was great. Shampoo and conditioner supplied. Enjoyed sunsets and firepit with smores

What an amazing beach house! So much room! Great Outside area for friends and family to enjoy and couldnt be a better beach spot! 100% would recommend! Some great updates with some homemade touches, absolutely perfect for our wedding party and us to share!
