Location was perfect! House was clean and had everything we needed. However, there was an ouija board displayed in one of the bedrooms which we found extremely odd for decor choice.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and found the home clean and well-equipped—those details matter a lot to us, and it’s great to know they made a positive impact on your stay. We also appreciate you pointing out the Ouija board décor. We understand how that could feel out of place, and we’re grateful you brought it to our attention. We’ve since alerted our team to remove it so future guests won’t experience the same concern. We’d love to welcome you back the next time your travels bring you this way and hope to continue creating memorable moments for you.

We always love our visits to Harbor Island. This house is very spacious for 2 couples. No complaints, but some recommendations for future visitors: -bring extra hangers for your clothes as there aren’t any dressers. -only the living room and master bedroom have TVs. (But seriously, who goes to the beach to watch tv? )-bring extra towels, TP, etc. -adjacent boardwalk takes you to the beach that is very near the entrance to the river, so water can be muddy. We found that driving up to beach access 4 or 1 provided us with cleaner water to swim in and slightly more sandy beach. We love Harbor Island and will return next year for our 5th year. If you want a peaceful, even spiritual experience, come to Harbor Island.

The house was nice. The house was clean. The gas grill is total junk. Open the lid and look at the ground. The bottom completely rusted out, gone. The heat pump died. Was 65 degrees in the house.Hvac guy turned on auxillary heat . Woke up to 66 degrees in the house. So we were cold for a bit. Nice place, nice location.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear the home was clean and that you enjoyed both the space and the location. We’re truly sorry for the issues you encountered with the grill and the heat during your stay. That’s not the level of comfort we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Our team has already arranged for the grill to be replaced and we are working with our HVAC partners to ensure the heating system is performing properly moving forward. Your feedback helps us improve, and we value that you took the time to point out what could have made your stay better. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more seamless experience in the future. Warm regards, TideWatch Vacations

Loved the location and uniqueness of this house! The inside living areas were very clean. We enjoyed being on the beach and next to the beach path for easy access. Having a private, gated island made for a relaxing, peaceful trip! My new favorite beach destination!
