ABOUT THE RESORT

1. The home includes access to two pools plus beach access. The beach is less than a 5 min drive on the SIX SEATER golf cart to the beach side of the resort. We provide a code for easy parking on the beach side.

2. At the end of the day, take the golf cart over to the Baytowne Wharf Village for a huge playground for kids, zipline, nature trails, shops, and restaurants. Don't forget to check the calendar for the schedule of events from outdoor movies, live music, and fireworks!

3. You are also minutes from the entertainment area of Grand Boulevard with a movie theatre, Publix, Starbucks, upscale restaurants, and shops. Park your car for the week and travel via golf cart for everything you need.

4. You can avoid Highway 98 traffic, because everything you need is in the resort! Some of our favorite restaurants for you to try:

- Tommy Bahama (includes green space and outdoor seating)
- Effie's rooftop bar and restaurant
- Marina Bar and Grill (on the water, large Jumbotron for sporting events, watch the boats come in at the end of the day)
-Tuscany Italian Bistro (authentic Italian, reservations recommended)
- Sunset Bay Cafe (best breakfast restaurant without a long wait)

5. The 2000 acre resort offers walking trails, biking, tennis, four swimming pools, four golf courses, full service marina, private beach, and fitness center and spa.

If you enjoy cooking at home, the upscale kitchen offers high end appliances with a beautiful backsplash and quartz countertops.

The home includes a garage and plenty of parking in the driveway to make it easy for your group to come and go. You can truly relax and enjoy your vacation with this home away from home.

Six beach chairs, umbrella, and rolling ice chest are included to make your beach days easier.

Hot tub heater fee - The hot tub can be heated for an additional fee. Ask host at booking.
