The First Floor features Bedroom #1 with one full and one twin bed in a fun nautical theme. There is a full bathroom adjacent to the bedroom.

The open living space on the first floor is newly furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room with lots of windows, providing beautiful natural light throughout.
The Laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen.

Second Floor--#2 Master Bedroom with a King bed and private bathroom, Gulf view.
#3 Bedroom has two Queen beds and a private bathroom and access to the wrap-around porch.

Third Floor--#4 Bedroom has one Queen bed and a private bath. Enjoy beautiful gulf views from the third-floor private deck.

Carriage House--#5 Bedroom with a King bed and a private bathroom. The carriage house includes a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.

All bedrooms in the main house open up onto the porch.

The pristine pool is surrounded by a large private area perfect for entertaining friends and family. A private outdoor shower with hot and cold water is soothing after a long day at the beach. The pool can be heated for a fee of $30 a day or $185 a week. Please contact the owner if you are interested in having the pool heated. The pool size is 20 ft by 13 ft. and 5 feet deep.
