The Cozy Sea Cottage, SSI
The Cozy Sea Cottage is located on the South End of Saint Simons Island near the East Beach Coast Guard Station! Close to island shops and restaurants and a public beach access at the end of the street! Pet Friendly! Come and enjoy your peaceful beach getaway on Saint SImons Island!
The space
Large Screened in Porch that provided a small outdoor living and dining area! Well supplied kitchen with gas stovetop and oven! Dining table and chairs enough to sit 6, comfortably. Living room has a large comfy secontional, good for those post beach day naps! Main Floor Bedroom has a King bed. Both Bedrooms on second floor have queens. Laundry is located on the second floor!
The community outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after the beach! It is located between the 2-townhomes and is labeled "Community Shower".
Use of the ping pong table is at your leisure! Please place all paddles and ping pong balls where you found them before leaving!
