The ideal home for entertaining, relaxing and enjoying the best of Naples, Florida. This luxury home is spacious, light and fully equipped for a couple to share with friends or family. The location is 10 minutes from downtown Naples and the beaches and close to great shopping, dining, theater, museums, and the Everglades National Park. Unlike many rental properties, this is a real home with lovely Caribbean furnishings, artwork, fully equipped gourmet kitchen and luxury linens. The layout makes it ideal for entertaining or simply escaping the stress of everyday life and enjoying a tropical paradise. The spacious kitchen and living areas adjoin an expansive lanai and pool with two seating areas for dining as well as a gas BBQ grill. The layout is ideal for relaxing, entertaining inside and out with an eat-in-kitchen and dining counter, formal dining room and outdoor seating and dining tables. There is central air conditioning as well as ceiling fans in each room keep the house cool and breezy even in the warmest months. Naples Heritage is a private gated community with a country club, golf course and fitness center which is available for use at anytime. Seasonal renters must reserve for no less than 3 months and golf membership transfer is only available in season. Off-season stays are flexible .

Beautiful house great location super value

This property was even nicer than I expected the house is light and spacious fully equipped and a perfect location. We loved the club and golf was tremendous looking forward to our next visit

golfers' paradise

Beautiful house nicely furnished with everything you need for a great vacation. Located right on the 5th tee with a view of the course from the swimming pool. I liked the convenience of the Club House and the fully equipped exercise studio. The house has a nice open airy floor plan with large rooms. During my stay I met the people that take great care of the property, the gardener, the pool lady and house cleaner all excellent. So grab your clubs you are in for a fabulous stay.

Truly home away from home... only better!

It's hard to imagine a better more enjoyable vacation home in a golf community than this property. Spacious, immaculate and very tastefully decorated, golf, tennis swimming and dining are all first class. We can't wait for the next time we visit.

It does not get any better!

This was the second year in a row that we rented this house from Jane for the month of March. If it were possible to rent it again next March, we would do so in the blink of an eye. Regrettably, the house has been rented for the whole season Jan-March 2017. The house was perfect for our family.. It's in a great location and in a lovely community.. The house itself is big, very clean, well appointed, has a great pool and hot tub ....and backs onto the golf course. It felt more like our home than just a rental house. Jane is also great to deal with....highly responsive and cheerful. We shall miss not coming back next March but hope it will be available in March 2017.

Beautiful house with pool and hot tub

Jane was great to work with on our 2 week rental. The house was very well maintained and included everything we needed. Full kitchen equipment, dishes, glasses and condiments/spices for cooking. Kids loved the pool and I enjoyed hot tub every morning. We did not have golf course access because we rented less than a month but would be a plus. Only issue was very early morning landscapers on 5th tee box behind house. Good location but about 15-20 minutes to beach - trade off to have a larger home with pool to rent.

Very comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and lanai. Easy to get to downtown Naples and beaches. Naples Heritage is a great community and enjoyed the golf and club house. Jane is great to deal with.

We love Naples , it's our second home. This is a family vacation house and we love to entertain here, go to the beach and play lots of tennis. Our guests return year after year to enjoy the peace and quiet and close proximity to the gulf and old Naples.

Why they chose this property

This house is ideally situated close to Olde Naples with shopping , beach and entertainment. Easy access to 75 makes it quick to drive to North Naples, Fort Meyers or South to Miami or the Keys. The house is fully equipped for home cooking and dining and has two outside dining areas and a gas bbq grill. We also provide beach chairs and umbrellas and even bicycles. For rainy days there’s great shopping nearby, movie theatres, museums and two performing arts theatres right in Naples. WiFi and Cable are provided along with 3 TV’s in Livingroom, Office and Master bedroom.
