Newly remodeled one-story home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and separate office/studio space. Open-concept living area with a spacious kitchen, which includes all new appliances, proper cookware, and all utensils needed to make, store, and enjoy a delicious meal. Coffee maker and starter items are also included in the kitchen pantry, such as sugar, flour, storage bags, salt, pepper, and other basics to get you going. Several grocery stores are nearby with pickup and delivery options. The owner will gladly help you get a grocery order setup to be delivered in concurrence with your check-in.
Comfortable beds and bedding in every room. Clothes hangers in every closet and dressers for non-hanging items. Starter toiletries, extra linens, and towels are also included. A washer and dryer are also available for your use in the laundry area inside the garage. This home also offers a nice L shaped driveway with a magnificent 150 year old oak tree.
In a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the house has a spacious backyard with large deck and sitting area under mature bald cypress trees. Yard and garden maintenance of the small kitchen garden (herbs and seasonal veggies) is also included.

Pets are a great comfort when going through medical treatment, and we are a pet friendly home, so vaccinated and well-mannered and maintained pets are welcome (proof required per house rules). Our pet fee covers up to 4 pets. Animals cannot be left home alone during your stay unless crated. The home is professionally and thoroughly cleaned after each visit.
We welcome children and provide child items such as safety gates, pack and play, and secured/childproofed exterior doors and other childproofing items. If you have a need, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate it. A crib can be set upon request.
The home's separate temp-controlled studio is ideal for use working from home, used as a yoga/exercise studio or as a she-shed. Fast and reliable WIFI is available throughout the property and can handle up to 10 streaming devices at one time. There is also a dedicated desk area in the open living room as an added work space.

This home was perfect for our weekend visit in Houston. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located to several Houston attractions. The home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our own meals and enjoy the time with family. We will definitely stay in this lovely home again!
Trish was a wonderful and communicative host throughout my stay. As soon as I arrived in the beautiful and well appointed home, I felt relaxed and at home. The yard was a delight for both my dog and I to enjoy our mornings and evenings. I highly recommend Trish and her besutiful home.

We had a fantastic time staying at Patricia’s home over the weekend. The house had plenty of space and matched exactly as described from the bio and pictures. Very quiet neighborhood but still a quick drive to the galleria area which was perfect for us. Patricia was also quick to respond to our questions. Couldn’t recommend this home enough!

What I love about this neighborhood (having lived here with our little family for several years as well) is that the homes have history with mature trees. They are not cookie cutter and they have great access to the heart of the city. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly and kind.

Our home is completely renovated and we have taken great care to include just about everything needed to ensure a wonderful stay. We are close by and easily reached with any questions. Our lot has an amazing yard in the front, side and rear so even though you are in the city there's a good bit of nature to enjoy as well.
