It's located in Sunset Heights, less than 5 mi. from Downtown and less than 10 mi. from the Texas Medical Center, the world's largest medical complex. Get a neighborhood feel while still only being a short distance away from all Houston has to offer, tons of restaurants, local bars, farmers markets, shops, etc. The Li’l Blue Bungalow is fully furnished with 5-star amenities, a yard, securely gated and has a detached 2-car garage.

Remember to leave garage door opener inside the back door. (There will be a fee of $50 for lost openers.)
Log out of all apps on the TVs.
